THE CMP ADVANTAGE

CMP is a family owned and operated business located in Simi Valley, California.
 We began as a small fabrication shop in 1989 located in just 1,100 square feet
in the San Fernando Valley.  Since then we have grown to over 30,000 square foot
while continuously investing in the latest state of the art fabrication
equipment.  Our facility is run on the Global Shop Solutions ERP platform where
every operation of every job is barcoded and tracked for real time job status
with the most efficient and accurate job scheduling.  With Global Shop we are
able to track to the minute who worked on what job, what operation they
performed, how long it took them and what PO / Vendor the material came from.
 While most sheet metal job shops are still running on an excel spread sheet,
The Global Shop platform provides us and our customers with instant and accurate
information every time.  

Along with the latest in ERP software, we also utilize the latest version of
Solidworks and Amada AP100 software to give our customers the best in Computer
Aided Design and programming software.  This coupled with Amada’s fabrication
equipment, including their HG line of brakes and the latest in Fiber Laser
cutting technology, allows us to provide our customers with the highest quality
and most complex parts, while maintaining extreme repeatability from lot to lot.
 We pride ourselves on being able to do what others can’t. When you cannot find
a vendor to accurately produce your product, rest assured we will find a way to
