I've visited many PT's, from private locations to those working with sports teams, but none were as effective as Propel. When I first arrived at his office, i walked in in tears. I could not walk without assistance and was constantly in 10 level pain. All doctors wanted to do was cut me open again and I reluctant to settle. However, my therapist carefully evaluated me and used his extensive medical knowledge and experience to help me. Thanks to him, I can walk today. His listening skills are truly remarkable. I had a terrible burning and numbness sensation on my right arm that did not let me sleep. My scapula was winging, I could not raise my arm above my head, and I could not lift anything up higher than my shoulder’s height. My initial evaluation was done by Dr. Angel Ortiz, who is very knowledgeable and explains everything (I had a lot of questions). They have focused each session on treating the muscles affected and teaching me different exercises that could help me walk again. Carrying on the exercises at home was encouraged and simple. I came in with a walker and boot and in 3 weeks I am walking unassisted and with almost no limp from my broken foot. Propel Physical Therapy has a top notch team working at the Doral location.
