How long will the process take?

Once you complete the application, one of our experienced and friendly team
members will reach out to you. We can have you driving a new vehicle the same
day!

I've declared bankruptcy. Can you still get me approved?

Yes. At VI Drives we understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and we
offer programs and financing with competitive rates specifically tailored to
bankruptcies and consumer proposals.

I'm new to Canada. Can you still get me approved?

Yes. We have special financing and programs exclusively for new Residents of
Canada. You may be asked to provide Proof of Permanent Residency, Proof of
Income, and a Valid Work Permit or Work Visa with Expiry Date.

Are your vehicles inspected?

Yes. All our pre-owned vehicles go through a 155 point mechanical inspection by
a licensed technician prior to delivery.

When will I know what interest rate I qualify for?

After you send in the application, you will get a free no-obligation credit
review with one of our credit analysts . With over 30+ lending partners
available to Vi Drives, getting you the best interest rates available is
straightforward.

I was thinking of purchasing a New Vehicle. Can I buy a New Vehicle through VI
Drives?

Can I have my new vehicle delivered to me?

Yes. We can bring your new vehicle directly to you, free of charge.

Do I have to pay to have my car delivered?

No. We offer free delivery anywhere in Western Canada

What safety precautions are you taking to ensure your vehicles are clean, and
your customers stay safe?

All our vehicles are cleaned and disinfected prior to delivery, and our staff
wear masks and practice social distancing.

Can I keep my existing plate and transfer it to my new car?

Yes. Our insurance team will assist you with everything you need to make sure
you’re fully insured.

Do I have to provide a down payment?

No. We offer financing with no money down regardless of credit history.

Can I trade in my car with VI Drives?

Yes. We take all makes and models and pay above market price for any vehicle.

I'm making payments on my current vehicle. Can I still trade it in?

Yes. When you trade in your current vehicle we payout your existing loan in
full.

Do your used vehicles have warranty?

Our pre-owned vehicles will have the remainder of the factory warranty, and any
new vehicle purchased through us will come with the full manufacturer’s
warranty. We offer extended warranty on any pre-owned vehicle.

Can I pay my loan out early?

Yes. All our auto loans are open-ended, with no penalties for early payouts.
