Benedicts Wharf (Barking) Residents Association (BWRA) is here!

We are asking all leaseholders and residents to register their details.

If you rent your flat: You are welcome to register.

 * Please send this website link to your landlord or letting agent.
 * There are important issues your landlord also needs to be aware of.

Registering does not commit you to anything, but makes it easier to contact you.
You will also be able to join our WhatsApp Community for both Tenants and
Leaseholders.

The residents area of this website contains lots of useful information and
latest updates.

BWRA is a growing group of leaseholders and residents who are working together
to try to resolve a number of issues at Benedicts Wharf, and build a better
sense of community.

Meetings are currently held online about once a month. All residents are invited
to attend.

We need more people to volunteer and help out!
