BIO


FAMILY +FAMILY -

My grandma tried to abort my mom, Marie, more than once, but God had a different
plan. She was born in 1951 and grew up in Paris, France. My dad, Bruce, was born
in 1957 in Dallas, Texas, and met my mom when he was in France studying French
for school. They got married in 1981. Their first daughter, Néia, was born in
France, and their first son, Christopher, was born in Texas. Their youngest
children, Laura and Andrew were born after me.


YOUTH +YOUTH -

I was born in 5th Army General Hospital in Bad Cannstatt Stuttgart, Germany on
the 18th of November in 1988, while my dad was in the United States Army.

I grew up in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. I was homeschooled for elementary
school, and went to a private Christian School for middle school. I slept
through public high school. I went to College in North Central Texas, Austin,
and San Francisco.


MINISTRY +MINISTRY -

I have loved Jesus since I was a kid. I joined the 24/7 Prayer Movement when I
was on the first of two nationwide tours with theCauseUSA on the summers of
2006, and 2007, I was with the Justice House of Prayer in San Francisco from
April of 2008 to March of 2009, I joined the Firebase Movement in 2014, and I
started working at Jews for Jesus as a Web Designer in May of 2016.


TECH +TECH -

I grew up around computers and art. My mom paints for fun, has done typesetting
for a living, as well as being an edge animate designer/developer. My dad is a
database administrator.

I learned how to read by playing a DOS game called Word Rescue. (Use DOSBox to
run it on Mac, Windows, or Linux.)

I quickly became interested in graphics. My mom had installed a GUI for DOS
called TOYBOX, and I made icons for all the games. Soon, I was customizing
Windows 95, including desktop wallpapers, icons, animated cursors and more. Next
I moved on to photo retouching with JASC Paint Shop Pro, and animations and
websites with Macromedia Flash. It was very natural for me to transition into
the Adobe Creative Suite in school. When I got curious about 3D stuff, Blender
(2.5 at the time), being free and open-source, was very attractive, and
fortunately, I picked it up very quickly. I messed around with Meteor a little
bit, and really liked it. Then, I picked up Parse and Firebase, along with
Objective-C for iPhone, Java for Android, and JavaScript for Web. All this to
say, I know my way around computers.


STYLE +STYLE -

I like to listen to the Bible, watch Star Wars, and, sometimes, use computers to
make music Music.
The only coffee I drink is Philz.

I'm probably influenced by the photographer Cody Rasmussen, and the graphic
designer ISO50.

Somewhere along the way, I've become fond of Modernism and Swiss Typography, in
particular, my favorite font, Helvetica.

I'm into emojis.

With Stop Hate.com, I helped work on Righting History, Bloody Hill, 1000 Days of
Terror, and J6: A True Timeline.
