REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLOR


LAUREN TEICHROB

Lauren is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in the province of British
Columbia and is a Canadian Clinical Counsellor (CCC), where she is a member in
good standing with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).
Lauren is also a member in good standing with The Association of Counselling
Therapy of Alberta (ACTA) and holds Counselling Therapist (CT) and Child and
Youth Care (CYCC) titles.

MICHAEL TOVEL

Michael Tovell is a Registered Psychologist and is a member in good standing
with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and the Psychologists’
Association of Alberta (PAA). He holds a Master of Counselling Psychology Degree
from Providence Theological Seminary.

FEES AND BENEFITS

At Master's, our counsellors' designations vary; we partner with Registered
Psychologists, Registered Provisional Psychologists, Registered Professional
Counsellors, Registered Social Workers and Practicum Student Counsellors.

Counselling fees are based on the Psychological Association of
Alberta's recommended fee schedule. However, fees vary between $75-$220
depending on your counsellors' designation.

Though most of our counsellors are covered by benefits, we do not direct bill
insurance companies; you are required to pay upfront, and a detailed receipt
will be provided by the end of your appointment so you can submit a claim to
your insurance.

Still, coverage differs by the provider; you can ask your provider what
necessary counsellor credentials are required to receive coverage. During your
initial conversation with our front desk staff, please let us know if your
insurance provider requires the counsellor to hold certain credentials. We want
to ensure we can match you with a counsellor that is right for you,
professionally and financially.
