DOHRMANN OF NORTH DAKOTA STATE NATIONAL GUARD VISITED BENIN IN DECEMBER 2022 The purpose of the visit was to assess the progress of the State Partnership Program (SPP), through which the North Dakota National Guard and Beninese security forces train on military-police operations and disaster management.
