WIND TURBINE BEARINGS

Founded in year 2003, LYXQL is a professional designer & manufacture for Wind
Turbine Bearings in China. LYXQL has been working on provide special and
reliable solutions for wind energy industry all the time.
Wind Turbine Bearings include pitch bearing (also called blade bearing), yaw
bearing and main shaft bearing.
All wind turbine bearings produced by LYXQL have a warranty period of 5 years.
Wind turbine bearings are usually produced by bearing steel 42CrMo material with
quenching and tempering heat treatment, hardness is usually 260-290HB.
LYXQL bearings can be used for wind turbines of 2MW, 2.5MW, 3MW, 3.4MW, 3.6MW,
4MW, 5MW, 6.25MW, 6.45MW, 7MW, 8MW, 11MW and so on.

SLEWING BEARINGS

Slewing bearings are also called slewing rings, slewing ring bearings, swing
bearings, swing rings, turntable bearings, slew bearings, and swivel bearings.
Slewing bearing are generally accompanied with installing holes, internal gear,
external gear, lubricating hole and sealing devices, which enable mainframe
structural compact in design, guide reliable, and easy to maintain.
Slewing bearings have non-gear, external gear, and internal gear with different
types, including single row ball slewing bearings, double row ball slewing
bearings, crossed roller slewing bearings, three row roller slewing bearings,
and ball & roller combination slewing bearings.
LYXQL can produce slewing bearings with diameter 1500mm to 17000mm with long
working life.
All slewing bearings produced by LYXQL usually have a warranty period of 2
years.
