The Mudflap Fleet Card is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank, Member FDIC,
pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.

1. Savings vary by stop in the Mudflap network, usage of the Mudflap network,
amount of fuel purchased, and market conditions.  This example is a calculation
based on actual discounts drivers earned across all transactions in the Mudflap
network between July 2022 and January 2023 (rounded) and multiplied by average
usage of the Mudflap network of three times per week and an average purchase of
103 gallons.

2. Fees applicable for returned payments, late payments, and payments by means
other than ACH

3. Will be available to qualified fleets with an approved application

4. Savings vary by stop in the Mudflap network, amount of fuel purchased, and
market conditions.  This example is a calculation based on filling 75% of a
300-gallon capacity multiplied by the actual discounts per gallon drivers earned
