Alumni Spotlight is pleased to announce The Top 100 Chief Technology Officers
for 2022. As digital and technological transformations continue to be a high
strategic priority for many organizations, the chief technology officer has
become a key player in making important decisions on the strategic direction of
their organization. The CTO title has been in use for decades but as technology
grew, so did the role as it expanded outside of traditional operational areas.
These executives are recognized for being technology architects, engineers, and
innovators. This year’s awardees carry impressive track records in organizations
across nearly all industries making impactful changes to the environment, food
production, transportation, education, manufacturing, employment, and so much
more.

Awardee Aaron Myers, CTO of Suited, has spent years developing a deep
understanding of the human biases that plague the hiring process and has used
his expertise to co-found an AI-based recruiting start-up that eliminates some
of the hiring challenges of today. Meanwhile Abe Askenazi, the CTO of Zero
Motorcycles, is using his passion for engineering and love for motorcycles to
lead the company in manufacturing 100% electric motorcycles to significantly
reduce CO2 and noxious fumes emissions while also saving oil reserves. Awardee
Sri Viswanath is making his mark as the CTO of Atlassian, guiding the company
with their well-known product portfolio of software like Jira, Confluence,
Bitbucket, and Trello, forever changing the way teams around the world work
together as one.

These awardees have proven their exceptional command of various unique fields in
technology. Year after year they expand their own expertise as the world changes
around us and lead their organizations to greater efficiency and better

3. Ray Bajaj
SVP & Chief Technology Officer, Cardinal Health
Columbia University

Ray Bajaj began his professional career 25 years ago. Today, he is the SVP and
Chief Technology Officer at Cardinal Health. Cardinal Health is a distributor of
pharmaceuticals, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory
products, and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare
facilities. With operations in more than 30 countries and approximately 44,000
employees globally, Cardinal Health is essential to health care.

Bajaj first got his start in 1997 as a technology development manager and
software engineer at Cambridge Technology Partners, Oracle. From there, he went
on to Ford Motor Credit before eventually rising to become a managing vice
president at Capital One, his most recent position prior to joining Cardinal
Health. Bajaj graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with an
MS in management and information technology and from Michigan State University
with an MBA in strategy, product development and integrative management.

 

7. Vijay Sankaran
Chief Technology Officer, Johnson Controls
Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Vijay Sankaran is the Chief Technology Officer of Johnson Controls. Johnson
Controls transforms the environments where people live, work, learn and play. As
the global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, its mission is to
reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places and the planet.
With a global team of 100,000 experts in more than 150 countries, Johnson
Controls offers the world`s largest portfolio of building technology, software
as well as service solutions with some of the most trusted names in the
industry. Sankaran has 27 years of experience. He began his career in 1995.

Before joining Johnson Controls, Sankaran was a chief information officer at TD
Ameritrade and before that an IT chief technology officer at Ford Motor Company.
Earlier in his career he worked with Ernst & Young as a consultant. Sankaran
graduated from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business with an MBA and
from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with an undergraduate degree in
mathematics and computer science.

 

13. Daniel Parkes
Chief Technology Officer, Ericsson
Harvard University

Daniel Parkes is the Chief Technology Officer of Ericsson. Ericsson is one of
the leading providers of information and communication technology to service
providers. They enable the full value of connectivity by creating game-changing
technology and services that are easy to use, adopt, and scale, making their
customers successful in a fully connected world. Parkes has 21 years in the
information technology & services industry. He began his career in 2001.

Before joining Ericsson, Parkes was the co-founder and CTO at Placecast, and
before that a lead architect at Manhattan Associates. Earlier in his career he
worked with Evant as a senior software engineer. Parkes graduated from Stanford
University with a master's degree in computer science and from Harvard
University with an undergraduate degree in cognitive neuroscience.

 

15. Aaron Myers
Chief Technology Officer, Suited
University of Texas

Dr. Aaron Myers is the CTO of Suited, an A.I. powered, assessment-driven
recruiting network used by professional services firms to accurately,
confidentially, and equitably discover and place early career candidates from
all backgrounds into competitive early-stage career opportunities.

Prior to Suited, Myers was the co-founder of another AI-based recruiting
start-up, dedicated to removing bias from the recruiting process. During this
time, he built products that were able to source and evaluate talent in ways
that were predictive of future performance while not unfairly measuring
candidates on attributes that cause adverse impact. Myers received his PhD in
computational science, engineering, and mathematics from the University of Texas
with a focus on building machine learning models.

 

19. Nizar Trigui
Chief Technology Officer, Bridgestone
The Ohio State University

Nizar Trigui is the Chief Technology Officer of Bridgestone. He first joined the
company in 2017. Bridgestone is a global leader providing sustainable mobility
and advanced solutions. They develop, manufacture and market a diverse portfolio
of original equipment and replacement tires, tire-centric solutions, mobility
solutions and other rubber-associated and diversified products that deliver
social and customer value. These best-in-class offerings are sold to consumers
and fleet customers around the world under the trusted Bridgestone and Firestone
brand names.

Previously, Trigui was an EVP and CTO at Dura Automotive and before that a
business executive and global chief engineer at Ford Motor Company. Earlier in
his career he worked with Ford Motor Company as a product manager. Trigui earned
a PhD in mechanical engineering, an MS in mechanical engineering and an
undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, all from The Ohio State
University.

 

22. Jeff Pinner
Chief Technology Officer, Lyft
Princeton University

Jeff Pinner is the Chief Technology Officer of Lyft. Lyft was founded in 2012 by
Logan Green and John Zimmer to improve people’s lives with the world’s best
transportation and is available to approximately 95 percent of the United States
population as well as select cities in Canada. Lyft is committed to effecting
positive change for its cities by offsetting carbon emissions from all rides,
and by promoting transportation equity through shared rides, bikeshare systems,
electric scooters, and public transit partnerships. Pinner has 14 years of
experience He began his career in 2008.

Before joining Lyft, Pinner was a senior staff software engineer at Twitter and
before that, a systems engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Pinner
graduated from Stanford University with an MS in aeronautics and astronautics
and from Princeton University with an undergraduate degree in mechanical and
aerospace engineering.

 

24. Carlonda Reilly
Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, Kennametal
Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Carlonda Reilly is the VP and Chief Technology Officer of Kennametal. She first
joined the company in 2018. At the forefront of advanced materials innovation
for more than 75 years, Kennametal is a global industrial technology leader
delivering productivity to customers through materials science, tooling and
wear-resistant solutions. Customers across aerospace, earthworks, energy,
general engineering and transportation turn to Kennametal to help them
manufacture with precision and efficiency.

Earlier in her career Reilly worked with DuPont as a global technology director
for nylon enterprise, polyester and filaments. Reilly earned a PhD in chemical
engineering and MS in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and
an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.

26. Eddie Schutter
Chief Technology Officer, Switch
University of California - Los Angeles

Eddie Schutter began his professional career 13 years ago. Today, he is the
Chief Technology Officer of Switch. Switch designs, builds, and operates the
highest-rated data center ecosystems in the world. Switch is built on the
intelligent and sustainable growth of the internet. The company’s founder has
developed more than 500 issued and pending patent claims covering data center
designs that have manifested into the company’s world-renowned data centers.
Switch has more than 800 clients, including many of the world's leading global
enterprises and Fortune 100 corporations. Schutter has over 25 years of
experience.

Schutter has vast experience in leadership in the data center and information
technology industry for organizations including eBay, AT&T, DCF Technologies,
The Green Grid, Data Center Pulse, and other various advisory boards. He is a
director on the iMasons BOD, executive advisor of the Technical Curriculum
Advisory Board for CNET Training, and Engineering Advisory Board for SMU Lyle
School of Engineering. Schutter graduated from University of California - Los
Angeles with an undergraduate degree in computer technology and computer systems
technology.

 

30. Regis Luther
VP of Engineering & Chief Technology Officer, AM General
The Johns Hopkins University

Regis Luther is the VP of Engineering and the Chief Technology Officer of AM
General. AM General designs, engineers, manufactures, supplies and supports
specialized vehicles for commercial and military customers. The AM General
business units also include two wholly owned subsidiaries, General Engine
Products, a diesel engine manufacturer, and General Transmission Products, an
automatic transmission manufacturer. Luther has 31 years of experience. He began
his career in 1991.

Before joining AM General, Luther was a VP of products management and defense
engineering at Navistar. Earlier in his career he worked with BAE Systems as a
VP. He is a recipient of the 2012 Sid Olsen, Engineering Executive of the Year,
from the Society of Automotive Engineers. Luther has been awarded 4 patents in
energy and survivability, with 4 additional patents pending. He holds both a
Commercial Driver’s License and is an ASE certified Truck Technician. Luther
graduated from Johns Hopkins University with an MS in chemical engineering and
from the University of Houston with an MBA in business and international
finance.

 

35. Satwik Seshasai
Chief Technology Officer, Clearco
Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Satwik Seshasai is the Chief Technology Officer of Clearco. He first joined the
company in 2021. Clearco is a suite of performance financing products and
services tailor-made to help founders succeed. A pay-as-you-grow pioneer and the
world’s largest ecommerce investor, their mission is to remove the barriers
between brilliant ideas, and brilliant businesses. Clearco has invested $2.5
billion into 5,500+ companies using data science to identify high-growth funding
opportunities. This data-driven approach takes the bias out of decision-making
and helps Clearco fund 8x more female founders than traditional VCs across 6
countries. Their portfolio spans small businesses across the world to some of
the biggest brands today, like unTUCKit, Vanity Planet, Andie Swim, Haus, and
Farmgirl Flowers. Seshasai has over 20 years of experience building technology
platforms to serve the world’s most complex sectors.

Seshasai joined ClearCo after serving as an engineering leader at Compass for
three years leading up to their IPO in 2021. Previously, Seshasai was the
founding CTO and head of sales at Segovia, where he partnered with leading
telecommunications firms’ mobile money services to build a licensed payment
platform with presence in over a dozen African countries. During that time,
Seshasai also helped develop the World Economic Forum’s Principles on
Humanitarian Payments. Prior to Segovia, he was the Chief Technology Officer of
NextDocs, one of INC500’s top 10 software companies in the country. He began his
career at IBM, where he focused on cloud computing and collaboration. Seshasai
earned a PhD and MS in engineering systems from MIT and a BS and MEng in
computer science from MIT.

 

36. Robert Cordova
Chief Technology & Strategy Officer, Milwaukee Bucks
Yale University

Robert Cordova is the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer of Milwaukee Bucks. He
first joined the organization in 2018 as CTO. Milwaukee Bucks is preceded by a
lengthy history of success in the NBA, highlighted by the franchise’s NBA
Championship in 1971. Bucks earned the distinction of owning the quickest rise
from expansion team to champion in any of the four major North American
professional leagues. The Bucks also count two conference championships, 13
division titles and 27 postseason appearances among the team’s many
accomplishments. Cordova has 38 years of experience. He began his career in
1984.

Before joining Milwaukee Bucks, Cordova was a principal architect and regional
CTO with AT&T and before that, a mobile solutions director at the Sara Lee
Corporation. Earlier in his career he worked with Northrop Grumman as a product
planner. In his early years he spent time working in aerospace technology,
designing microchips for missile systems, as well as transistor layouts and
logic boards for submarines. Cordova graduated from Yale University with an
undergraduate degree in electrical engineering.

 

42. Helen Johnson
Chief Technology Officer, Data Dynamics
Cornell University

Helen Johnson began her professional career 29 years ago. Today, she is the
Chief Technology Officer of Data Dynamics. Data Dynamics is the pioneer of
unified unstructured data management software. With 26 of the Fortune 100 as
customers around the world, Data Dynamics enables organizations to analyze,
move, manage, and modernize their data anywhere. Data Dynamics accelerates the
adoption of hybrid, public and multi-cloud strategies, builds higher quality
SLAs, and improves business process modernizations.

Johnson first got her start in 1993 as a software engineer at FactSet Research
Systems. From there, she went on to Bloomberg, before eventually rising to
become a transition executive and global head of IT delivery partnerships at
AIG, her most recent position prior to joining Data Dynamics. Johnson graduated
with a degree in computer science and economics from Cornell University.

 

43. Zack Storer
Chief Technology & Product Officer, Health Carousel
University of Cincinnati

Zack Storer is the Chief Technology and Product Officer of Health Carousel. He
first joined the company in 2021. Health Carousel is a total talent management
company with a leading portfolio of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions.
It was founded in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2004 with a vision to build a company that
could ensure that US patients have access to qualified healthcare professionals
when and where they need them. The founders developed service lines that helped
US healthcare organizations address their short-term and long-term workforce
challenges.

Previously, Storer founded and served as the CEO for ZSC Solutions before moving
onto International Paper where he worked in IT architecture, operations, and
engineering. He spent 11 years with Kroger working in various roles including
GM, senior executive director, and enterprise technology leader. He served as
CTO with Grainger and Bowery Farming before moving into his current role with
Health Carousel. In addition to his current responsibilities, Storer is the
founder of Sigma 7 Labs and Angel Equity. Storer earned an undergraduate degree
in information engineering and technology from the University of Cincinnati.

 

45. Naresh Singh
Chief Technology Officer, Lenox Advisors
New York University

Naresh Singh began his professional career 25 years ago. Today, he is the Chief
Technology Officer of Lenox Advisors. Lenox Advisors builds custom solutions
that integrate the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, their families
and corporate clients. As an advocate, they take the time to deeply understand
their client’s goals and values and then develop strategies to help protect and
preserve their wealth. Backed by a team of highly trained professionals, their
advisors have access to a broad range of financial solutions to assist in
financial planning, asset management, insurance and risk management, employee
benefits and executive benefits.

Singh first got his start in 1997 as a systems operator with New York University
- Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. He later spent time as a system
and support engineer with ING Barings Prime Brokerage and ABN AMRO Prime
Brokerage. Over the years he has held several executive positions with companies
like Pali Capital, Artio Global Investors and Fifth Avenue Financial. Singh
earned a bachelor's degree from New York University and is in the process of
obtaining his MBA from Boston University.

53. Rebecca Jones
Chief Technology Officer, Trove
University of Wisconsin - Madison

Rebecca Jones is the Chief Technology Officer of Trove. Founded as a California
Benefit Corporation, Trove was founded by individuals who strongly believe that
circular sustainability is the only way forward for retail. It provides a
white-label circular shopping solution that empowers premium brands to take back
supply and control their own resale channel and customer experience. Trove is
the leader in branded resale managing programs for innovative brands including
Levi's, Patagonia, Eileen Fisher, Arc'teryx, and REI. Jones has 29 years of
experience. She began her career in 1993.

Before joining Trove, Jones was a VP of engineering at Credit.com and before
that a VP of software engineering and software architecture at Innovative
Interfaces. Earlier in her career he worked with UCG as a software engineer.
Jones graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with an undergraduate
degree in mathematics and computer science.

 

58. Collin Davis
Chief Technology Officer, Pindrop
University of California - Los Angeles

Collin Davis began his professional career 21 years ago. Today, he is the Chief
Technology Officer of Pindrop. Pindrop solutions are leading the way to the
future of voice by establishing the standard for security, identity, and trust
for every voice interaction. Pindrop solutions protect some of the biggest
banks, insurers, and retailers in the world using patented technology that
extracts an unrivaled amount of intelligence from every call encountered.

Davis first got his start in 2001 as a software engineer at Symantec. From
there, he went on to Amazon Web Services as a GM for AWS productivity apps, his
most recent position prior to joining Pindrop. Davis graduated from the
University of California - Los Angeles with an undergraduate degree in computer
science.

 

60. Nicholas Walker
Chief Technology Officer, LivingTree
University of Michigan

Nicholas Walker began his professional career 22 years ago. Today, he is the
Chief Technology Officer of LivingTree where he led the growth and scalability
of the LivingTree platform from 20K to 1M+ users. LivingTree is a platform built
in the context of optimizing community, family, and student engagement for the
full range of K-12 school systems. It empowers education leaders to connect,
share, and engage their families at every level. It became the mission of the
company to improve student outcomes by helping classrooms, schools, and
districts build and connect with their communities. Walker has over 20 years of
engineering technology, product management, and business leadership experience.

Walker previously founded Manticore Technology where he spent 12 years as the
CEO and CTO. Manticore provided an available/scalable SaaS marketing platform
and became a multimillion-dollar recurring revenue business utilizing only a
small amount of seed capital. He later executed a strategic merger of Manticore
with Sales Engine International (SEI) and, after serving as CTO he served on the
SEI Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, Walker led Hewlett Packard’s
CloudFoundry strategy as part of the initial launch of the HPE Helion
Development Platform, including advising on investment in the CloudFoundry
open-source community and recommending M&A targets. Walker graduated from the
University of Texas with an MBA and from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor
with an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering.

 

62. Gustavo Rivera
Chief Technology & Services Officer, Mojix
University of Michigan

Gustavo Rivera began his professional career 27 years ago. Today, he is the
Chief Technology and Services Officer of Mojix. Mojix is a global leader in
item-level intelligence solutions for manufacturing, supply chain and retail.
The firm is leading the way in item-level traceability solutions utilizing its
high security, globally scalable cloud-hosted SaaS platform. Founded in 2004,
the company has deep domain expertise in serialization technologies such as
RFID, NFC, and print based marking systems.

Rivera first got his start in 1995 as a senior director of engineering at
Rustnet. From there, he went on to MatchLogic, before eventually founding
TierConnect where he served as CTO, his most recent position prior to joining
Mojix. Rivera graduated from the University of Michigan with an undergraduate
degree in computer science and engineering.

 

65. Prineha Narang
Chief Technology Officer, Aliro Quantum
Caltech

Prineha Narang is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Aliro Quantum, a
VC-backed US quantum network company. Aliro is a quantum networking platform
company that spun out of NarangLab at Harvard University. Aliro is leading the
charge on quantum network market creation by offering the foundational
technologies needed for organizations around the world to build powerful quantum
systems. At Aliro, she has led efforts in quantum information, towards
commercializing scalable quantum networks. Further, she has advised IBM, Applied
Materials and Northrop Grumman over the last years on building and expanding
their quantum technology programs.

In addition to her role of CTO at Aliro, Narang is an assistant professor of
computational materials science at the John A. Paulson School of Engineering and
Applied Sciences at Harvard University where she leads an interdisciplinary
group working on topics at the vibrant intersection of computational science,
condensed matter theory, quantum photonics, and quantum information science.
Prior to joining the faculty, Narang came to Harvard as an environmental fellow
at HUCE and worked as a research scholar in condensed matter theory in the
Department of Physics at MIT on new theoretical methods to describe interactions
in quantum matter. She received an M.S. and Ph.D. in applied physics from the
California Institute of Technology.

 

67. Prakash Mohan
Chief Technology Officer, Funeral Services
Florida State University

Prakash Mohan is the Chief Technology Officer of Funeral Services, Inc. (FSI).
FSI is a preneed administration and contract record-keeping company that
provides trust solutions to funeral homes, cemeteries, industry associations and
financial institutions. It offers web-based technology designed for preneed and
perpetual care programs and expert knowledge of the death care profession. FSI
is a company created by death care professionals who have more than 35 years of
industry experience and actively serve more than 500 clients in 19 states.

Mohan first joined FSI in 2009 as a programmer analyst before being promoted to
his current role where he leads a team in the IT department and is focused on
enhancing FSI’s PRISM system, a software that allows clients to streamline their
records management program and see a complete picture of their trust at all
times. Mohan received his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in India and
a master’s degree in computer science at the Florida State University.

 

77. David Bankston
Chief Technology Innovation Officer, TrueElements
Purdue University

David Bankston is the Chief Technology Innovation Officer of TrueElements. He
first joined the company in 2020. True Elements, based in Florida, is committed
to improving water sustainability through transparency of data on water
quantity, quality, and use. Intelligent water quality data is generated through
advanced technologies and AI pulling data from sensors around the country. That
data is blended with private sources to provide an actionable water quality
score, TrueQi™. TrueElements is the first and only company developed from the
ground up to focus on the ability to forecast the future quality of the world’s
water.

Previously, Bankston was the co-founder, CEO, and CTO at Sparksfly Technologies
and before that a technical advisor at Deep North. Earlier in his career he
worked with LexisNexis as a senior programmer in the web technologies group.
Bankston earned an undergraduate degree in cloud computing and services from
Purdue University and from The Ohio State University with a degree in computer
software engineering.

78. William Blake
Chief Technology Officer, Sherlock Biosciences
The Johns Hopkins University

William Blake is the Chief Technology Officer of Sherlock Biosciences. He first
joined the company in 2019. Sherlock Biosciences aims to disrupt molecular
diagnostics with better, faster, and affordable tests. With its unique
engineering biology platforms, they are on the cusp of solving challenges
ranging from faster pathogen detection and simpler testing for cancer to
improved food safety. They envision a world where their products will enable
users to make more effective decisions in any environment, whether in hospitals,
industrial settings, the developing world, or at home.

Previously, Blake was a business development lead at Wyss Institute for
Biologically Inspired Engineering and before that a VP of research and
development at GreenLight Biosciences. Earlier in his career he worked with
Boston University Department of Biomedical Engineering as a postdoctoral
associate. Blake graduated from Boston University with a PhD and MS in
biomedical engineering, and from the Johns Hopkins University with an
undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering.

 

82. Jennifer Le Roy
Chief Technology Officer, Novoloop
Trent University

Jennifer Le Roy is the Chief Technology Officer of Novoloop. Novoloop gives
plastic trash new life. It transforms packaging waste into high-performance
materials used in shoes, cars, homes, and more. Novoloop’s materials perform
like those made from virgin fossil fuels and they reduce carbon emissions by
46%. The company’s low-carbon manufacturing method offers meaningful
sustainability while maintaining quality for consumers, brands, and the
materials industry as a whole.

Le Roy first started with Novoloop in 2019 as a product development scientist
before rising to become the director for research and development. Prior to
joining Novoloop, Le Roy conducted research with The University of Ottawa and
the University of Oxford. Le Roy graduated from The University of Ottawa with a
PhD in chemistry and from Trent University with an undergraduate degree in
chemistry.

 

85. Hoa Nguyen
Chief Technology Officer, OK International - a Dover Company
Columbia University

Hoa Nguyen is the Chief Technology Officer of OK International. OK International
is a global manufacturer delivering market leading quality and innovation for
benchtop soldering and dispensing solutions in electronics and industrial
product assembly. Their signature brands include Metcal, a leader in hand
soldering, convection rework and fume extraction bench tool solutions, and
Techcon, an innovator of fluid and adhesive dispensing technologies. They have
facilities in Cypress California (US), Chandlers Ford (UK) and Shenzhen (China)
supporting our customers worldwide. Nguyen has 28 years of experience. He began
his career in 1994.

Nguyen joined OK International in 1998 as the VP of research and development. He
graduated from Columbia University with a degree in data science, from UC Irvine
with a degree in electrical and electronics engineering, and from the University
of Louisiana and Orange Coast College with degrees in computer science.

 

89. Nick Graham
Chief Technology Officer, Cambridge Investment Research
Clemson University

Nick Graham is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of
Cambridge Investment Research. Cambridge Investment Group is an internally
controlled financial solutions firm focused on serving independent financial
professionals and their investing clients with a broad range of choices
regarding financial solutions. Graham joined Cambridge in 2017, bringing with
him over 20 years of experience in product development, consulting services, and
business development across a variety of markets, including the financial
services industry.

In his current role, Graham leads one of the most innovative financial
professional workstations in the industry, featuring financial
professional-friendly technology that is customizable for the broadest range of
independent business models across financial professional business channels.
Before joining Cambridge, Graham was a management consultant at ViaWest and
before that a VP of operations at Brandwise. Earlier in his career he worked
with the Naval Air Warfare Center as a laboratory architect. Graham graduated
from Clemson University with an undergraduate degree in computer engineering.

 

99. Andrew Laytin
Chief Technology Officer, FormFire
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Andrew Laytin is the Chief Technology Officer of FormFire. FormFire is the
country’s leading player in bringing digital online processes to the paperbound
world of small group health insurance quoting, sold case installation, and group
renewal for employees, employers, brokers, and carriers. FormFire's technology
covers every step of the quoting process, including gathering employee personal
and health information, collection of electronic signatures, and the digital
transfer of the information to insurance carriers. Laytin has 24 years in the
insurance industry. He began his career in 1998.

Before joining FormFire, Laytin was a manager of application development and
database administrators at University Hospitals of Cleveland and before that a
project development manager at 1 EDI Source, Inc. Earlier in his career he
worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant. Laytin graduated
from Northwestern University with an MS in computer information systems and from
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with an undergraduate degree in
business administration.
