Needed my Aunts house repainted, she was a smoker. Got estimayes from other
companies, but none were as responsive or up front as Empire Building. They came
out right away, sent an estimate the next day. Staff communicated each step of
the way, texting everyday the progress of the work. It was for sure easier
because I had the place emptied out, but the team moved the small amount of
furniture our of the way. Highly impressed with the work they did, the rooms
looked like night and day. Fantastic job, 10 out of 10.

Very professional services. I used them for painting the exterior of the wood
siding on my single family house in Brookfield, IL. I was really impressed with
their surface preparation and scraping before painting. I will definelty use
them again.

Jorge came out to resurface our garage eaves and gutters. I had let ivy grow
over the wood eaves, metal gutters and wood garage door. When i removed the ivy
there was residue left that just wouldn't come off. Jorge came out and power
washed the eaves and gutters, sanded them afterward and repainted them. The
difference was night and day! Highly recommend Empire and i will be inquiring
with them about installing a walk-in shower.

with. Extremely dependable with daily communication, scheduling and spotless
cleanup at the end of each day. I'll definitely think of Empire Building as my
