EDUCATION



Bright Horse deliver three courses for organisations wanting to get started or
advance in their knowledge of experience management.



From starting points in half to full-day courses from our experience overview
package, we have excellent preparatory knowledge in the Introducing XLAs,
Designing XLAs, and Implementing XLAs courses.

 

We also offer fully accredited, multi-day, hands-on courses delivering practical
knowledge in Experience Foundation and Experience Practitioner. Whatever your
organisational needs, we have a course suited for it.

 

Our accredited courses follow our partner, Experience Collab's, internationally
implemented frameworks and methodologies designed to provide the guidance for
practical understanding and implementation of experience management and
experience level agreements (XLAs) with in-class exercises and discussions to
cement learning.

state of experience with our Experience Assessment.



When we are unaware of low employee experience and sentiment, we can encourage
multiple factors to arise such as a drop in productivity, low morale, poor
employee retention and a drop in company output. We can't manage what we can't
measure. With experience management, we gain a foothold in understanding low
sentiment and, more importantly, why it's happening.



Through this assessment, we investigate capability and readiness for experience
management, identifying where your organisation stands in relation to experience
management and what the next actions should be. We investigate current skills
and technology to efficiently and effectively provide an overview of where
experience is in your organisation. We provide you a comprehensive report of
where you are now in experience management, where you want to get to and a
detailed plan of how you get there.

CONSULTING



With Close to 10 Years in the Employee Experience Industry, Bright Horse is a
Leader in the industry. We have developed an iterative methodology that enables
us to design operationally valid XLAs at a fixed price. The methodology
includes:



Building a picture of experience sentiment in your organisation and identifying
what people want from their experience with you.



Designing the appropriate XLA/s for your circumstances, identifying the right
experience indicators (XIs) that tell us how people are feeling and why they are
feeling this way.



Implementing XLAs and designing your appropriate experience management office
(XMO) so that you know what skills you require and who is doing what, when, and
how.

 

Continuing to manage experience, adapting XLAs and initiatives to changing
sentiment as it happens.
