 * 4 cups all-purpose flour
 * 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 * 1 packet active dry yeast
 * 1 teaspoon salt
 * 1 cup milk
 * 1/4 cup unsalted butter
 * 2 large eggs

RASPBERRY FILLING

 * 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 * 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
 * 1 cup fresh raspberries

LEMON GLAZE

 * 1 cup powdered sugar
 * 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
 * Zest of 1 lemon




INSTRUCTIONS

 1.  Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm milk, a pinch of sugar,
     and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
 2.  Prepare Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and
     salt. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and whisk in the eggs. Add the
