PREPARE FORRACE DAY

This is where you'll find all of the information you will need for race day and
the days leading up to it. Please plan on arriving 60-90 minutes prior to your
wave start to give yourself plenty of time to park, check in if needed, and get
warmed up.

*We encourage you to attend Pre-Packet Pickup in order to avoid long lines on
the event day. If you are not able to attend Pre-Packet Pickup there will be a
$5 (CASH ONLY) same-day check-in fee per registrant to check in on-site at the
event. We do this in order to avoid long lines on event day and ensure everyone
has enough time to enjoy the entire event.*We do allow people to pick up packets
for other people (team members, family, friends). As long as their waiver has
been signed online(generally done during registration) you will just need to
present their confirmation email. That way, we know you have permission to get
your friends’ stuff!

 

PARKING

There may be a CASH ONLY parking charge of up to $20 collected by the venue

 

**Some venues do not handle cash and may charge by card only, updates on this
will be sent out via email as your event gets closer so please keep an eye out
from out team with any event specific updates**

 

COURSE

Muddy Dash is a few miles of fun. You can expect about a dozen Muddy Moments
where, in order to move on, you’ll need to run, walk, crawl, wade, slip or
slide. Our Mud Experts will take you through the experience and you never know
who you’ll encounter along the way. Mud pits won’t be any deeper than
waist-deep, so you don’t have to worry about actually swimming. Muddy Dash is
all about having a good time; so you don’t have to worry about competition or
timing. Costumes are always welcomed. From the moment you step off of the Start
Line until you cross the Finish, Muddy Dash will put a smile on the filthy faces
of you and all of your muddy buddies.

INCLUDES

BAG CHECK

You can check your gear in with us for $5 (paid at the event). We will keep it
clean while you get MUDDY.

TEAMS

When the team captain registers, just have them create the team at that time,
and the rest of the team will be able to join during registration. Super easy!
Just make sure you register for the same wave time as your team. If your team
wave time is sold out, contact customer service at service@muddydash.com

WAVES

The early waves fill up quickly, so be sure to register early if that’s your
goal! Though, don’t worry if you can’t make it into those, because the later
waves are just as fun. If you’re racing with friends, and are having a hard time
getting into their wave, here’s a tip– Have them create a team on our
registration website, and then you can register as a part of that team, which
will automatically place you in the proper wave time! Neat, huh?

SPECTATORS

While we strive to create an event that would be worthy of spectators
enthusiastically paying to see it, we’re excited to say that there is NO CHARGE
for spectators. That’s right– Your friends and family can all come watch your
moment of triumph without paying a single cent to cheer you on as you cross the
finish. They’ll have a great time watching you race, but they’re also fully
welcome to enjoy themselves in the festival area as well. Who knows? If they’re
really nice, they might even pick up your food and have it waiting at the finish
line. (But hey, you’ve got to discuss that with them. See how much they love
you, ya know?)

POST

Had a great time on course, but still not ready to go home yet? Perfect! We’d
love to hang out with you for a while. In our festival area, there will be
plenty of music, fellowship, and some fun competitions where you might be able
to win some free merchandise or even a free race! Every day is a new adventure,
so come out and see for yourself!

VOLUNTEER

If you’re interested in being a volunteer at one of our runs, please fill out
