   HISTORY OF HIERARCHY
   
   By now, most Edgeworkers have developed a healthy distaste for anything
   hierarchical. But with so few alternative options to choose from, almost
   everything becomes suspect. Our nervous scanning searches for any evidence
   that there could exist some kind of hidden hierarchy even in the roundest
   flattest teams and projects. The problem, of course, is that, often there is.

   AVOID EVERY HEIRARCHY THAT YOU ENCOUNTER IN YOUR DAILY LIFE

   The purpose of this experiment is for you to notice how often you are
   engaging in the hierarchy without even knowing it.
   
    
   
   For 3 days, to avoid participating in any and every hierarchical interaction
   regardless if the hierarchy is formal or informal, written or unwritten
   
    
   
   For example, if you are working at a job in a company, and the job is a
   gameworld based on a written hierarchy, and you are probably not at the top,
   therefore, how can you do this experiment if you are going to the work?
   
    
   
   The answer is to constantly hold yourself outside of the hierarchy, what this
   means is having a metaconversation about the resources that you can bring in
   as an employee because you are functioning today outside of the hierarchy.
   For you, this may mean not being adaptive or playing small, staying quiet,
   not objecting, etc. Since you are working in the company and refusing to
   participate, start to look at every single person at the eye level.
   
    
   
   Another example, during these 3 days, there will be people trying to play
   lower than you in the hierarchy. For example, a bagger in the street, the
   lady at the cash registrar, or the grocery store. Or maybe people play a high
   status than you such as your mother, the police, a neighbor, a guard, or this
   man passing in the street.
   
    
   
   Remember this experiment is not participating in any hierarchy either higher
   than you or lower than you. In each case make a connection with the person as
   there is no hierarchy. While you are doing this experiment for 3 days, write
   down in your beep book every hierarchy you notice that is in your life
   
    
   
   After avoiding for this 3 day all kinds of hierarchy please put Matrix Code

   CREATE AND OPERATE YOUR OWN GLOBAL HIERARCHY

   Start this experiment by drawing in your Beep!Book a picture of the world
   
   with a triangle on the top of it and your name at the very top of the
   triangle.
   
    
   
   If your name is John, then title this map as John'hierarchy. After this, for
   the next three days, wear any specific clothes to signify that you are at the
   top of this hierarchy.
   
    
   
   This could be shod with sparkles on them or a cape on your shoulders. Or a
   crown on your head with a star on it. And include in your look a scepter.
   This scepter could be a hammer or a wooden spoon, or those rubber plunger
   things from the toilet.
   
    
   
   After assembling your look, you just star walk everywhere with that. When you
   see people in these three days, any person you see, you bow to them, lightly,
   and then you touch them on the head with your scepter and you say, "Welcome
   to John's Hierarchy."
   
    
   
   You can say something like: "Today there is no tax that you must pay", and
   then as "What can you do for the hierarchy today?"
   
    
   
   If people act confused or offended, you can explain that all the life you
   have been participating in other people's hierarchies. And for the next three
   days, you decided to make your own global hierarchy with you at the top. Tell
   to the person: "you are lucky enough to be in the presence of the oligarch or
   monarch."
   
    
   
   And then repeat: "What can you do for the hierarchy today?"
   
    
   
   NOTE: This may sound ridiculous, however, the hierarchy is the behavior of
   many people in the world. People at the top of most hierarchical gameworlds
   act as if they have ownership of everyone in the rest of their gameworld, for
   example, in university, administrators, corporate managers, military, the
   doctors at the hospital, priests at the church, etc.
   
    
   
   During this experiment tell people you are practicing how to behave at the
   top of a hierarchy just in case you get promoted someday.
   
    
   
   Take during these three days a few selfie photographs of you blessing your
   slaves with your scepter and post them on social media. Explaining that
   you're doing a queen of the hierarchy experiment.

   WRITE A LETTER PROPOSING FOR AN ORGANIZATION TO SWITCH FROM HIERARCHY TO
   TORUS

   That experiment is to you send out three letters of complaint. One to the
   mayor of your village, one to the CEO of a corporation and one is to top
   manager of a green organization NGO.
   
    
   
   The letter will be the same, except to the names who you address it.
   
    
   
   This letter is to make a proposal to them. The proposal is to change the
   structure of the game, of that particular gameworld, from a hierarchy to a
   circle, to touros.
   
    
   
   And you write that because the hierarchy is inefficient and so much human
   potential is being wasted every day, even though the hierarchy is paying full
   price for the people to work there.
   
    
   
   So give examples of wasted potential and give the basic steps for changing
   from a hierarchy structure to a circle. And then asked to meet with the
   person personally to answer further questions and demonstrate a circular
   meeting for them, for free.
   
    
   
   After sending the three letters and possibly having the three meetings write
   an article about your experiment and include what you were hoping. This
   experiment could accomplish. That's in the article.

   CREATE A MULTIDIMENSIONAL HIERARCHY NET MEETING

   This experiment is to bring your Possibility team together and ask for 45
   minutes to explain and implement a new kind of meeting technology that you
   just invented: It's called a multidimensional hierarchy net.
   
    
   
   After that, you write it on a flip chart where each person in the meeting is
   at the top of a hierarchy and everyone else is at the top of their hierarchy,
   and
   
   everyone else is inside or part of everyone else's hierarchy. The the diagram
   will look something like a fishnet. Everybody's name will be at one of the
   dots, but the hierarchy will go out and to connect with all the other
   hierarchies.
   
    
   
   What is required for this meeting is a Spaceholder and will not have any
   hierarchy in this meeting. You will just have a Spaceholder.
   
    
   
   During this meeting, you need to make three group decisions, about three
   projects, in each project requires creating new solutions to a problem. Your
   meeting is about deciding how you'll do that, how you will do this 3
   projects. The job is for each person to be the king or queen of their own
   hierarchy, they own everybody else's resources.
   
    
   
   The Spaceholder says beep every time somebody does not play as King or Queen
   on their hierarchy, for example, if someone play lower or play not
   responsible or they pretend don't have everybody's resources.
   
    
   
   The Spaceholder writes the three projects for this multidimensional
   hierarchical meeting and also the three strategies, gameplans.
   
    
   
   In the end of the meeting each person gets a copy of what the Spaceholder
   wrote. The space holder puts the write up as an article and puts the link for
   the article. Whoever was in the meeting can put the link for that article.

   ESCAPE ALL HIERARCHIES EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE

   This experiment starts with you wearing a striped shirt, like a prison shirt,
   like black and white stripes or maybe a hoodie or an orange shirt, an orange
   jumpsuit or something. It looks like you escaped a prison and you, you wear
   this for a week.
   
   and.
   
    
   
   Furthermore, you will make a little passport for yourself. You take a piece
   of cardboard and fold it in half, and in the front of it it says "Hierarchy:
   escape certificate". In the inside you can stick a picture if you have one,
   or just draw a little picture and put your name and the date. And then you
   write: "this passport certifies that John Smith has escaped all hierarchies."
   
    
   
   And so you walk into a restaurant and you say: "I need to work in the kitchen
   for a while. I can help peel the onions or I can help wash dishes, or chop
   carrots".
   
    
   
   If they look like confused you can say: " I would like to eat in your
   restaurant", and then you show your passaport to them and add "Here it says,
   I have escaped from all hierarchies and it doesn't work for mejust wait for
   it, I need to be with them cooking the food a little bit."
   
    
   
   Do the same thing at a grocery store. You walk into grocery stores and say:
   "I need to help put some products on the shelf. I need to unpack some boxes
   or sweep the floor".
   
    
   
   Or if you're going into get your car fixed, "I need to sweep the floor or
   greet the customer for you, answer the phone." You keep showing your passport
   that says you have escaped from all hierarchies. If you're going to a class,
   go to the teacher and you say, "I need to help you" And start correct some
   tests, or to erase the board or need to put your notes together better"
   
    
   
   And so, you're doing this for a week and keep showing people, even who don't
   even ask to show them, your passport.
   
    
   
   And if someone asks you, 'who gave you authority, who's the authority behind
   your passport?' You say, "I've been looking all over nd I could not find any
   authority to grant me permission to leave all hierarchies. So I took that
   authority myself and realize that I am an authority strong enough to let me
   exit all hierarchies."
   
    
   
   During your experiment, take a selfie of yourself sweeping the floor or
   helping in the kitchen or doing whatever job that you're doing outside of the

   EXPRESS YOUR SINCERE GRATITUDE TO EACH PERSON YOU MEET WHO PARTICIPATES IN A

   This is experiment it about you express your gratitude towards people
   participating in hierarchies for your benefit. For the next seven days, each
   and every person you can speak to you, you will say: "I express my gratitude
   
   that you participate in the hierarchy of... in my benefit." So even in the
   moment you are not using their hierarchy.
   
    
   
   For example: You are walking in the shopping zone and the shoe salesman is
   smoking a cigarette or having a coffee outside. Then you say to the shoe
   salesman: "I express my gratitude that you participate in the shoe shop
   hierarchy for my benefit." And then you just keep going.
   
    
   
   So you will see a lot of people during this days. Somebody walking out of the
   mayor's office and you can tell them this phrase, or taxi driver, or a
   teacher with some children, the the town gardener, or the police officer.
   
    
   
   You do it for an one week, so it will be like 20 or 30 times a day that you
   tell the different people. You just express your gratitude for them
   participating in a hierarchy. For your potential benefit that you could
   interact with their hierarchy.
   
    
   
   Also write the short letter to some organization that you are affiliated
   with,
   
   for example, Derek's Green, Deep green resistance, Organization of PachaMama
   or 350 or Allen Savory Institute, or any organization you participating in,
   including the tax office of the government. So you choose three.
   
    
   
   Then you write this short letter, like an email or email letter of
   appreciation. In the proof you write the name of three organizations that you

   This experiment is about you announce and hold space for a meeting that is at
   least one and a half hours long with at least 15 participants for the purpose
   of Unleashing Group the Group Intelligence in a circular meeting
   
   format.
   
    
   
   Before the meeting, study the contents of the Torus Technology website
   
   and answer people's questions as they might arise.
   
    
   
   The assertion of the meeting is that participants have been struggling to
   against hidden hierarchies to. Bring out the projects that they truly wish to
   create. And that in this space, there are no hidden hierarchies.
   
    
   
   There is a Spaceholder, which is you, and everyone else in a circle.
   Navigating this meeting will be like cooking a pot of popcorn. At first, it
   seems like nothing is happening, but as the freedom is built the heat will
   rise and first one person and then another will pop open and start showing up
