We expanded!

We are bringing a broader set of features into the program in order to engage even more with our growing EAP member base. 

This expansion brings some features that may only be available to specific members which meet the required criteria, such as: System Admin user type; specific products purchased (i.e. Data Shuttle, Control Center, Dynamic View); Smartsheet Advance customers; AI; and more.

We have added columns to the report reflecting any specific criteria that may be in place with each feature.

GROUP NOTIFICATIONS are LIVE in Community

Members of our program groups like EAP, Mobilizers and more will be notified on platform and via email when there is new activity within their group making it easier to connect with members and allowing members to build stronger relationships with peers in their group.

Asset Ownership ChangesJanuary 2024Business

to apply an optimized palette of colors to your canvas background, widget
background, fonts, and chart series, with one click. Customers can select any of
the nine color themes available in the ‘dashboard themes’ panel to apply a
theme. After saving the selected theme, the theme will be fully applied to the
dashboard, and any newly added widget will match the saved dashboard theme.
Currently, themes are not fully supported on published or mobile dashboards. If
a theme has been applied to an existing dashboard when using the “Save as new”
feature, the newly created dashboard will not have a theme applied to it.1.

on an intuitive and user-friendly Create page from the “+” button on the left
rail
2. Users can choose to create from the top five recommended Templates, or build
their solutions from scratch starting from an individual asset, such as Sheet,
Gantt, Board, and Task List
3. All new assets will now be created within a Workspace, improving solution
organization, accessibility, and collaboration compared to dropping users in the
Sheet folder
4. Reports and Dashboards can only be created within a Workspace and will not be
featured on the Global Create page as individual create options
