VERSION 12 RELEASE NOTES

This is a product release that delivers additional functionality over the
previous customer version of the Intelledox platform (v11.2).


APPROVALS

Many customers were building approval like experiences, the release focuses on
the experience of a designer to deliver repeatable and maintainable solutions.
Leveraging the Track Changes and Commenting functionality the addition of an
Approval State that consumes an Approval Definition from Manage streamlines the
design process in approval use cases. Incorporating multiple approvers as
individuals, roles and groups, approval thresholds and parallel reviews as
assignees.

Approval states are special in that they create a dedicated forum for discussing
and improving the request submitted. Actively tracking the changes, comments and
feedback. This release drastically simplifies the workflow design, enables reuse
and improves maintainability.


SMARTCOMM DRAFT EDITOR INTEGRATION

SmartCOMM Draft Editor capability has been embedded into the SmartIQ interview.
Functionality is assigned to a user as a workflow state to give them a dedicated
task and UI to work within while drafting changes to a document draft generated
by the SmartCOMM engine. Final document is generated by SmartCOMM for Preview in
subsequent states and is available for Actions .


DOCUSIGN TEMPLATES

Integration with DocuSign Templates allows an existing DocuSign user with
investments in their template technology to reuse the document template, data
mapping (known as tabs) as well as the recipient and signature requirements. Now
the Designer can focus on an excellent end user experience with an adaptive
interview with simple mapping to the tabs. A default behaviour also executes the
template settings without the need to configure the action, that’s now reserved
for advanced used cases.
