of the year for many unpaid carers. Whether they’ve had to leave work, reduce
hours, or are living on limited retirement income, many carers struggle to
afford even a short break.

Help us raise £8,250 to send 250 carers on a much-needed break early in the new
year—for free. Give back to those who give so much.

In the UK, 4 million people provide round-the-clock support to loved ones who
need help due to illness, disability, or frailty. 3 in 5 of us will care for a
loved one at some point in our lives. Many don’t realise that they or someone
close to them is an unpaid carer—caring for family just feels natural. But
unpaid carers deserve recognition and support. Without a break, they risk
burnout, making it harder to care for the people they love.

making it easy for the hotel industry to donate its excess capacity. Every week
there are 1 million unsold hotel rooms in the UK. We turn those empty rooms into
priceless short breaks for those in need of respite.
