Struggling to get into the academy to see release resources - followed the
instructions in the files section but keep getting an error.

   I am receiving the same error when trying to use the single sign on feature
   or separate login link for the academy. It is not accepting my password and
   log in information. @Jackie Bock (Customer)

   I was able to finally get into the Academy using the direct link from my
   iCIMS platform but under seasonal releases, there are no webinars for Winter
   release. Have there been any webinars for Winter release?

   Thanks for your question @Robert Bursee (Customer)  - it should be housed
   under "Webinars." Only our previous, recorded webinars are housed under
   Seasonal Releases. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble finding

   Some feedback -
   
    
   
   I don't think it's convenient/useful that when I click the link that says
   'log into academy' from email or an academy calendar appointment - it takes
   me to that exact page displayed in your attached PDF.
   
    
   
   Then when I click 'log in' from the top right and it will just refresh to
   that same page without an option to actually log in and instead display those
   directions. It'd be useful if the log in button actually functioned as a
   login button and instead refreshed to a login page and not directions on to
   how to log in from the iCIMS site.
   
    
   
   This then forces me to open the academy from my main iCIMS tab, go to the
   academy, and then search for what course I need to attend or where we left
   off in our conversation.

   handles all things-Academy, and they are aware and always looking to make

   Very frustrating. I even tried attending my academy session I signed up for
   this morning and it wouldn't even let me open the link or go through the
   iCIMS main page.

   Hi Taylor,
   My TAM helped me find another workaround to at least be able to attend one of
   the webinars.
   
   
   1. I logged into the Academy directly from the link in my ATS.
   2. Then after choosing the option for ATS user I was able to search at the
   top of the page
   3. Search for keyword “Winter Release” to find the webinars
   4. I signed up for the session on 2/28
