Goodway Plastic firmly established a strong foothold in plastic manufacturing
over 40 years ago. Having had humble beginnings, it has exponentially matured
and has now become not only a plastic supplier among world leaders, as far as
innovation and the latest designs using the latest technological processes, but
also a recognized force in providing professional and unsurpassed consultancy to
help clients.

With a strong focus on precision plastics and molds, Goodway Plastic uses the
latest equipment and is unique in having the most secondary processes in one
plant in China. It has an extremely robust and capable R&D team that is always
looking ahead to the latest designs and ways of staying ahead of its competitors
by not following old trends but by leading the way. Besides using traditional
processes in tooling and molding, it also embraces processes such as special
painting, coating, NCVM, IML, laser cutting, laser welding, laser engraving,
ultrasonic welding, 2K and 3K molding, and much more.

Goodway Plastic always makes exceptional efforts in guiding and recommending new
ideas to its clients, and as such, it has been able to build and retain very

With over 20 years of experience working on various communication products such
as professional and office headsets, hearing aids, sport headsets, microphones,
and communication speakers, Goodway is well ahead in terms of the technology
required to handle extremely small parts and precision plastic manufacturing.

Headsets usually consist of extremely tiny and complex parts, especially in the
boom arms, and we have accumulated valuable experience with different types of
boom arms such as long booms, 2K, multi-movements, TPE booms, and so on.
Headsets also require robust plastic parts to withstand everyday usage impacts,
and we excel in using various post-treatment technologies such as NCVM, clean
room painting, laser technology, IML, and more to make the plastic parts look
exclusive and keep up with trends.

With an in-house lab and professional engineers, we can conduct reliable
reliability tests to ensure that our plastic parts meet rigorous requirements
and that our strong materials and mechanical knowledge can meet the high quality
standards required in development and support.
Goodway has been working with top global diagnostic equipment and medical device
brands for many years and has always been closely involved in their product
development. Moreover, FDA approval and biocompatibility are extremely critical
in the medical industry, and Goodway has always been aware of this, ensuring
that all its parts comply with these standards.

With a range of products such as hearing diagnostic equipment, hearing aids,
dental scanners, and various monitoring devices, along with a built-in
medical-grade part cleaning facility, Goodway ensures that it is ISO 13485
(medical certification) and QC080000 certified. This guarantees that the entire
supply chain is under control and fully compliant.
With a humble start in plastic watches, Goodway has since spread its wings and
ventured into more adventurous endeavors, such as cordless phones, CD players,
headphones, sensors, computers, and more recently, CCTVs, drones, and wearable
devices.

Furthermore, as part of our commitment and trust, Goodway has a non-disclosure
agreement with its clients to ensure that new concepts are not leaked to the
market. We also understand that time is critical in the electronics market and
strive to ensure that products are launched ahead of our clients' competitors.

Electronics have always required precision plastic components, and only the most
advanced secondary processes, such as NCVM, IML, and UV painting, can keep up
with the ever-changing design trends. Since every new product has a unique
design, we consistently use our material data platform to help customers choose
the best materials for their products and provide a mechanically designed
solution.
Since the beginning of 2000, Goodway has made significant headway in entering
the industrial market. We have been engaged in projects related to oil plants,
antennas, automotive applications, and testing instruments. Our clients require
consistent dimensions, tight tolerances, functional testing, and the integration
of new high-end engineering materials, such as PEEK and Ryton.
