HERSTELLUNG


ÜBERSICHT

Gegründet im Jahr 1954, ist die Kurt J. Lesker Company® ein Hersteller von
Vakuumgeräten und -systemen für Forschungslabors und Hightech-Industrien auf der
ganzen Welt. KJLC® Manufacturing wurde vor 30 Jahren als Abteilung für
Ingenieurwesen, Zerspanung, Schweißen, saubere Montage und Tests der Kurt J.
Lesker Company® gegründet. Die Abteilung ist auf die Herstellung von Edelstahl-
und Aluminiumprodukten für vakuumtechnische Anwendungen spezialisiert. Sie
bedient viele Märkte und Industrien, einschließlich Vakuumwissenschaft,
Photovoltaik, Verteidigung, Halbleiter, Nuklear, Automotive, Luft- und Raumfahrt
und F&E.

Der europäische Hauptsitz mit Sitz in Großbritannien, gegründet 1991, ist von
Jahr zu Jahr als bevorzugter Lieferant von Vakuumanlagen in ganz Europa
gewachsen. Mit dem größten Lagerbestand in der Branche und einem
hochqualifizierten mehrsprachigen Team ist KJLC Ihre erste technische Ressource
für alle vakuumbezogenen Anwendungen.


KOMPETENZEN IN EUROPA

KJLC erweitert die Abteilung Manufacturing am europäischen Hauptsitz in
Großbritannien. Diese Erweiterung wird es KJLC ermöglichen, die hohe Nachfrage
nach qualitativ hochwertigen Vakuumkomponenten und Behältern in ganz Europa bis
zu einer Größe von 1.5m3 zu stützen.

Der neue Standort wird unter anderem eine hochpräzise 5-Achsen-Fräse,
TiG-Schweißen (codiert nach BS EN ISO 9606-1 und BS EN ISO 15614),
Ultraschallreinigung, FARO®-Arm-Inspektion und Vakuum-Ausheizen zur Herstellung
hochwertiger Vakuum-Komponenten bieten.

Die Implementierung der Zellfertigung ermöglicht eine produktspezifische,
schnelle Fertigung mit Hilfe von multidisziplinären Teams. Gewährleistung von
Flexibilität und Reaktionsfähigkeit für schnellere Lieferzeiten für
Qualitätsprodukte in ganz Europa.
