MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT HER WEDDING RING…

My daughter bought her wedding ring from the Bluewater branch and was assisted
by Molly who is very friendly, helpful and professional

We felt that how we were treated by Molly who made my daughter feel very
special, it made us want to back and purchase more items

We both visited the store today and Molly was there - once again treated exactly
the same as before and this time my daughter purchased a ring and I purchased a
Mont Blanc single pen holder

It’s now a place where we will always go to when we want jewellery and any other
items and hopefully be served by Molly - she is a credit to your company

CHISHOLM HUNTER BROMLEY (AMAZING EXPERIENCE!)

Absolutely amazing service. We were looked after by Claudia who was incredibly
helpful. She gave us very helpful advice and looked after us throughout our
whole experience at Chisholm Hunter. Claudia is definitely one of the best, in
fact she is the best! This place is prestigious and is up to a very high
standard. You can find all sorts of rings with different designs and variations.
Make sure to visit this place before you go anywhere else, I can promise you
it’s worth every minute. Someone please give Claudia a raise!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!

We went in to the Warrington branch to look at engagement rings; having decided
to get married after being together for almost 24 years. We couldn’t have picked
a better day to go as there was a special anniversary event on - the fizz was
flowing and nibbles were being nibbled!
Emma was the salesperson who helped us - and boy did she know her stuff. She was
friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and polite and an absolute credit to the
company. We ended up buying our two wedding rings and an eternity ring that day
too, as well as the engagement ring. Emma gave us wonderful advice regarding our
rings and told us all about the aftercare we would receive from the company too.
Three of the rings had to be altered so we went back a week or so later to
collect them and were helped by Zoe, who was equally lovely and friendly.
Bonus too was that we won a raffle prize from the event day. Win win!
Our special thanks once again to both Emma and Zoe for their help. Credit where
credit’s due.

NO REFUND GIVEN EVEN IF YOUR GIFT IS FAULTY !

DONT BUY A GIFT FROM CHISHOLM HUNTER UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WONT
NEED TO RETURN IT!
I bought a Chanel watch for my partner’s birthday and then found the strap
marked so easily it was unwearable, When we took the watch back we were told
there was no way of cleaning the strap so we elected to change it for another
type of watch with a more durable strap. They didn’t have a comparable priced
CHANEL watch with a strap you could use daily so we chose another watch in store
which was (unfortunately) less expensive and to our amazement refused to refund
the balance. Following letters to the MD and Regional Manager we made no further
progress so have been forced to buy another item with the un-refunded balance to
(hopefully) sell on eBay to get some of our money back.
This is no reflection of the staff in the Bromley store who were most helpful
it’s the company policy which is to blame.

HAMILTON CHRONOGRAPH WATCH…

I bought a Hamilton chronograph watch three days ago. I am very satisfied with
the watch, it is beautiful and works perfectly. The service is at a very high
level, as is the knowledge about mechanical watches. The guys are very nice and
I got a good price. I am very satisfied with the watch and the service.

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thanks to Henry and Molly at the Glasgow Silverburn branch for their wonderful

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM KERLIN

If you are looking for any jewellery then you can’t fault going to Chisholm
Hunter at the Gyle shopping Centre. Kerlin and her colleagues looked after me so
well when I purchased an engagement ring. Kerlin gave me really good advice
without any pressure to buy. Once I purchased the ring she also advised as to
which wedding band would compliment the ring. So much so that I took my fiancée
back and we’ve now purchased the wedding ring too. We can’t thank Kerlin and the
staff and Chisholm Hunter enough as the expert guidance shown made our purchase
so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.

SO HELPFUL AT THE GYLE STORE…

I went into the Gyle store today about my watch . The clasp was not working. The
manager Gareth was so friendly and helpful. He took the watch and managed to fix
it for me due to his expertise and background knowledge of the watch make with
this was with goodwill. So helpful, and I totally recommend this store. X

POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SHOW

Ordered a watch and payed 50% up front , got told 2 - 3 weeks delivery time. 21
days later I phoned and asked if it had arrived but no one could answer me .
Chap emailed me to say the specific watch was no longer available but they could
do a lesser model that they have in stock. I declined . I contacted the watch
manufacturer to ask of any new models coming out of same spec to be told that
was is still available and they couldn't understand why they couldn't supply it.
I asked again and got told it could be got but would take 3 weeks . So that
would be 7 weeks of waiting . Manufacturer said I could buy it direct and I got
the watch I wanted in 2 days!! . Refund service is a joke too , bacs transfer
rather than reverse onto card 🙄 . Sorry guys but your service needs a serious
shake up

Great customer service. Friendly and efficient staff on the online chat. I ran
into a bit of an issue trying to purchase my item. I selected the chat option
thinking it would be automated as it was a little later in the evening. However
I got the loveliest girl and within minutes my isse was sorted. You have 100%
