EARLY FALL BOOK RETURNS | Drop a Class? Order the Wrong Books? Class Cancelled?
Here's how to Return Your Books!
This message is for students who have purchased books through the West Valley
College Virtual Bookstore and meet any of the following criteria and need to
return books:
Dropped a class
Ordered the wrong books
Had a class cancelled
We are pleased to inform you that the final return date for Fall 2023 has been
extended through the end of this week.
To return your books, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Office of Student Needs Office, located in the Lower Campus Center,
to pick up a prepaid return label.
2. You can also pay for the shipping cost and get reimbursed from the college.
Complete the Petty Cash Form, attach your receipt, and submit to the Office of
Admissions and Records in the Student Services Building.
3. Ensure that your book returns are sent by Monday, September 18th.
4. Include a piece of paper with your order name and order number when mailing
your returns.
**This policy specifically pertains to students enrolled in full-semester
classes in the Fall 2023. If you are taking late-start classes, it is important
to note that books must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
If you have any questions or need assistance with book returns, do not hesitate
