that was holding up our down payment. Mike Singer just went above and beyond to
put my parents in their new home. He did a decent amount of work outside of his
normal scope of work and assisted on this down payment issue. He demonstrated a
high level of care and knowledge to successfully close escrow. My parents are
now living in their retirement home and we all could not be more thankful for
having been introduced to Mike and his company. We are now doing the same and
happily recommending Mike to anyone in the process of purchasing a home. He will
