BAJA FISH TACOS

Three fried tilapia tacos on a soft corn tortilla, topped with red cabbage, pico
de gallo, and chipotle sauce. Served with Mexican rice and black beans.

Shredded chicken, ground beef or pork. Stuffed with Mexican rice and refried
beans inside. Topped with enchilada sauce, melted cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico
de gallo, and sour cream.
