I've never used a virtual notary before, and it was super simple.  Much better than going to the bank. I'm writing to share a cautionary tale about my experience with BusinessAnywhere LLC, in the hopes that it may prevent others from falling into the same trap.

Four months ago, I made the regrettable decision to engage BusinessAnywhere LLC to assist in the creation of my LLC in the USA. Despite assurances and promises, I have yet to receive my EIN number. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with Rick, who claims to be the owner/GM/CEO, I have been met with silence and indifference.

This situation has left me on the brink of losing the closing of my house in Orlando. Despite my pleas for assistance, BusinessAnywhere LLC has shown a complete lack of concern for my predicament.

I acknowledge my own mistake in trusting them and will bear the consequences. However, I implore you not to fall prey to their misleading promises and negligent service.

Please learn from my misfortune and avoid BusinessAnywhere LLC at all costs.
