Tiga Samudra Villas is a well designed villas for both leisure and retreat
travelers, situated in Kerobokan area of Umalas which blessed with the generous
landscape amidst the fertile rice terraces.
Only 10 minutes drive from the famous Seminyak beach, boutiques, cafes and
restaurants makes Tiga Samudra Villas as one of the best places to stay during
your holiday in Bali.

It is s a modern luxury villas which created the meticulous attention to details
and a stunning property that embodies the concept of tropical living and a
stylish retreat for discerning travelers to slow down and escape the pressures
of hustle and bustle in the metropolitan lifestyle. The villas it selves can
comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults, so bring your friends and families.
The guests can also choose whether catching up the sun from our private pool and
become immersed in a good book while relaxing in the lounging gazebo or
entertaining friends over drinks in the glorious entertaining area. All this can
be enjoyed in one place.

Tiga Samudra Villas has been appointed to the highest standard of comfortable
and convenience living villas as well as equipped with a stylish design villa
equipment. The villa also completed with kitchenette, dining room, living room,
bathtub, shower and safety box. A generous swimming pool (9m x 3m) which
surrounded with a green spacious garden, a gazebo, sun deck and a cozy out door
sitting area are well prepared for you to enjoy the fresh air of tropical
living. You may also enjoy it direct from your room, living room or even from
the kitchen as we surround the villa with glass paneled doors that slide wide
open when desired.

Access into the villa is via paved lane way set back from the street to ensure
complete privacy. An unimposing entrance gate opens up to reveal a spacious
garden environment with beautiful plants running the entire length. Towering
palms and indigenous flora have been planted randomly and are surrounded by
manicured lawn.

We offer from one bedroom villa up to six bedrooms villa and each of our villas
feature private entrance, air conditioned bedrooms, swimming pool, gardens,
fully equipped kitchens, stereo systems and satellite televisions. The Villa can
provide and assist for an airport transfers, private housekeepers, cooks, same
day laundry service, grocery shopping, restaurant delivery services, personal
drivers, car and motor bike rentals, babysitting and catered private parties.
The Villa has a 24 hours reception and security.

Normal Season  January 11 – June 30 & September 01 – December 19
High Season  July 01 – August 31
Peak Season  December 20 – January 10

Terms of Payment  A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the booking and it is
NON refundable. The balance can be settled upon arrival by US Dollar Cash/IDR
Cash or Credit Card (Visa and Master Card).
Balance Settled  In difference currencies aside than IDR will be converted based
on the Hotel Bookkeeping Rate on the day of processing. Differences in personal
statement of the balance can occur due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian
Rupiah and Bank processing time. The Villa cannot held the responsible for these
differences.



Dear Valuable Guests, due to high demand of our properties, our requirements
that you forward the details of your credit card and stating a 50% deposit from
the total cost can be charged to guarantee the booking. Please send us the
photocopy of both sides of your credit card and write down the number and the
expiration date of the credit card on the top of the copy sheet to help us to
see them clearly.
A photocopy of your passport picture is also needed to enable us to complete the
transaction with the completed “Booking Request Form”. You may mail it to our
office at sales@vpmbali.com.
As all bookings are on first come first serve basis we recommend that you do
this as soon as possible.
