The Robotics Research Center (RRC) is a part of the International Institute of
Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad, India. The lab aims to work on research
problems and innovative projects that extend the state of the art in robotics.

The lab is well equipped with ground and aerial robotics platforms, advanced
sensors, motion camera systems and 3D printers.The center has been publishing in
top international conferences like ICRA, IROS, IJCAI and AAMAS. To this end, we
strive to advance the frontiers of robotics research in the areas of dynamics
and control, robotic vision, navigation, UAV design and control, Multi Robotic
Systems, AI and learning.

We are looking for passionate new PhD students, Postdocs, and Master students to
join the team (more info) !

Second Two-Day workshop on Systems and Intelligence for UAV will be held on 15th
& 16th Nov,2024 at KRB Auditorium, IIITH.

19- Jul 2024

6 papers are accepted for presentation at the 2024 IEEE/RSJ International
Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS) which will be held in
October 14-18, 2024 at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

Six papers have been accepted for presentation at the 2024 IEEE International
Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), May 13-17, 2024, Yokohama, Japan

28- Dec 2023

Successfully granted Indian patent for Multi-Output Differential System for
rotating three outputs at different speeds depending on load conditions,
developed by Prof. Abhishek Sarkar, Prof. Madhava Krishna, and Rama Vadapalli
