2. FOR WHICH PURPOSES DO WE HANDLE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We handle users’ personal data in order to manage information requests, to send
commercial communications and to process donations.

Likewise, where applicable, we may also process data to manage online purchases
of the products offered on the Website or any donations that users may make
through the Website.

We may also process data provided by members to manage their relationship with
our organization, particularly regarding the collection of membership fees
and/or the organization of activities and campaigns.

As for volunteers, we process their data to send them information related to
volunteer management and to send them commercial information of interest
concerning the organization.

If personal data is collected through forms, it will be necessary to fill in the
fields marked as “mandatory.” Failure to fill them in or filling them in only
partially may result in the inability to process the request, user inquiry,
membership registration, or volunteer relationship.

It is essential that current personal data be provided to us so that the
information remains accurate and free from errors.


3. HOW LONG WILL PERSONAL DATA BE KEPT?

Personal data will be kept until the user requests its deletion.

Personal data will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable
regulations (particularly those related to tax, accounting, and anti-money
laundering laws).


4. WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

The Legal base for the collection of personal data is the consent granted by the
acceptance of the Privacy Policy by the User.


5. WHO WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOU PERSONAL DATA?

The data may be shared with entities associated with Òmnium in the field of
Catalan culture and language, for the same purposes mentioned above, and with
public authorities in cases provided for by law.

Likewise, in the case of donations and online purchases, the data may be
communicated to financial institutions or payment platforms, as well as
logistics and transport companies responsible for delivering the products.


6. WHICH ARE YOUR RIGHTS ON PERSONAL DATA?

Users may request access to their personal data, and request modifications of
wrong data or, if proceeds, they can request cancellation or deletion when the
data is no longer needed for the purpose they were collected. User can also
limit opposition and portability of data handling in certain circumstances and
for reasons related to the particular situation.

User may also revoke the consent to commercial communications and exercise
his/her rights, mentioned above, by sending an email at dades@omnium.cat.

If users do not receive a satisfactory response and wish to file a complaint or
obtain further information regarding any of these rights, they may contact the
Spanish Data Protection Agency.
