Shen Yun 2024 Has Begun!


SHEN YUN 2024 HAS BEGUN!

With a performance in Japan Friday, Shen Yun has launched its 2024 world tour!
This is the start of a five-month season that will span five continents.

“The creativity was really amazing. The production was great,” said IT company
owner Hiroshi Takamatsu who watched the opening performance. “The performers
were very happy—they knew they’ve done well,” added his wife, Noriko Takamatsu.

The season premiere was a matinee in front of a packed hall at Nagoya Congress
Center. Shen Yun New York Company will spend over a month in Japan before
traveling to Australia, Taiwan, and other countries.

The 2024 performance features new stories, songs, choreography, music, and
costumes. 



 

“I was deeply impressed by the visual effects, exquisite creativity, and the
performers' superb training,” said Nagoya medical center director Akiyama Takae.
“The background images and the dance movements worked perfectly together.”

In Europe, Shen Yun Global Company will start tour with six cities in Italy and
New Era Company will begin with 10 (!) cities in the United Kingdom. Other
companies will begin in Houston and Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, Ft. Lauderdale, FL,
San Jose, CA, and Savannah, GA. 

From there, it’s on to 20 countries and a total of 200 cities (a new Shen Yun
record!). In most cities, Shen Yun will only perform 2-3 days before moving on.
