今天访问欧萱，可以完全不谈演戏。她的身份太多了，包括糕点师傅。她能者多劳， 还是多才多艺? 毫无名气包袱，这位观众眼里的美女，勇于让人知道她不懂……

迫不及待

请改口称呼欧萱老板或欧师傅，祝她生意兴隆。

演员、编剧、导演、网红、糕点 师……欧萱的最新身份，是一家糕点店的 老板。店面已经签约租下，照时间表，杂志出街的时候，应该已经开始装修，预计今年中开业。

店面在哪里，店名是什么……截稿前很多细节，欧萱暂卖关子，只肯透露是甜点专店，她“像是呵护宝宝”般细心照顾 着创业开店的大小事。

美食领域又添猛将，丰富我们的味蕾，好事一宗。

“毕竟在家做糕点，和以商业考量烘 焙糕点的规模不一样。必须跟不同部门申请执照，不只是SFA（新加坡食品局）， 还有SCDF（新加坡民防部），还有保险啊什么的。”

美梦将成真，她心里迫不及待。

 

> “农历新年假期几天，我忍住不打电 话给ID（室内设计师），其实我等不及想和他谈店面装修的事。”

离开全职演员行列后，不论是写剧本拍短片或是重返学生岗位学烘焙到现在创业开糕点店，欧萱不害怕跳离舒适圈，因为“尝试新事 物一直是我的风格”。碰到不懂不会的，
她不耻下问，没有因为欧萱这个大名—— 名气包袱或面子问题而不懂装懂。

第一部微电影《记 • 意》自编自导自 演，2018年入围东京短片电影节（Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia）后，她受
电影节之邀，到东京拍摄一分钟的短片 《Night Tokyo》。

“我必须自己拍，我就打电话给我 的DP（摄影指导）叫他快点来教我。他就 说，既然是夜间拍摄，就在晚上上课，教 我怎么调机器、灯光、该注意什么等等。

当你愿意问愿意学，很多人是愿意 教的。我一路走来都是这样的，遇到了很 多好人、贵人，愿意帮我。演舞台剧的时候，我需要唱歌方面的帮助，我就开口
问，Hossan（梁荣耀）、陈洁仪他们毫不 犹豫答应:OK来，我教你。”

 

> “不要不懂装懂，我最讨厌这种，而且 有一天（不足处）会暴露出来的……我不会因为‘哎呀要顾虑面子那个不能做’， 不会。”
