to report your result. This portal is for Maryland residents only.

locations inside the libraries during regular hours. Visit fcpl.org for library

Supplies will be restocked as more are received.

Other ways to find test kits

Test kits may be available for purchase at local stores and pharmacies and
online. People with health insurance can be reimbursed for COVID-19 at home test
kits purchased on or after January 15, 2022. Insurance companies are required to
reimburse for up to $12 per test and up to 8 tests per month for each person on
your insurance plan.

Community Organizations

If your organization primarily serves populations at highest risk of COVID-19
and COVID-19 disparities (including people with lower incomes, and those with
healthcare access issues) and you are interested in having your organizations
receive kits, please reach out to Deborah Mejia at dmejia@frederickcountymd.gov
to request kits.

Expiration Dates for iHealth Test Kits

On Mar 29, 2022, the FDA granted a 3 month shelf-life extension for the iHealth
COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test, which extended the shelf-life of all iHealth tests
with expiration dates on or before 2022-09-29 (YYYY-MM-DD) from 6 months to 9
months. For example, if the expiration date printed on your box says 2022-05-21
(YYYY-MM-DD), the updated expiration date is 2022-08-21 (YYYY-MM-DD).
