And what does that really mean? And above all – How can you overcome the obstacles within you; the pain, addictions, destructive habits and negative thoughts… That have gotten in your way before? WHERE DOES THIS PAIN COME FROM? “UNDERSTANDING THE ROOT OF YOUR STRUGGLES” All of us have been wounded as children. The deep fear of abandonment… Being told what we did wasn’t “good enough”… Being hurt, hit, yelled at, and scolded for feeling our emotions… Not feeling it was okay to FEEL or be who we are… Whatever it is – We have ALL been wounded and traumatized as children. These experiences are stored within our psyche. As a child… We don’t know how to deal with this pain… So we subconsciously “put it in box”… Now imagine putting that box in a closet, putting away the key, and forgetting that closet even existed… This is how we dealt with our emotional wounding as children. And this BUILDS UP within us… “THE DANGER OF STORING EMOTION” WHY WE NEED TO HEAL EMOTIONALLY As these emotional wounds from our past build up within us… These are the two dangers, if we don’t heal emotionally: 1. WE GROW DISCONNECTED FROM HOW WE FEEL This comes from the most common way of dealing with our emotions: We ignore them. Distract and numb ourselves, so we don’t have to feel them. Alcohol, porn, cannabis, drugs, anti-depressants, food, tv and social-media… These addictions are a form of self-coping with our emotions, since we havn’t been taught how to heal them. (This is why we are here to teach you how to release all these emotions within you) When we ignore our emotions, we only grow more and more disconnected with ourselves, how we feel, and LIFE. This is what leads us to feel like shells of life, barely feeling alive… Because we’ve DISCONNECTED ourselves from how we FEEL. 2. WE EXPLODE Like a volcano and the pressure building up, it has to find a way out. Eventually, this almost always happens. We end up EXPLODING. So we lash out at people, react in anger, and speak rudely, hurting the people around us… This is why we live in such an emotionally-violent society, where this behavior is common… Divorce rates are up to even 70%… Because we don’t know how to PROCESS or RELEASE our stored emotions. We never learned this as children! And our society does not VALUE this emotional awareness… HOW TO STOP HURTING OTHERS – WHY YOU CAN NOT IGNORE THIS If we do NOT learn how to deal with our buried emotions… If we do NOT open the doors to HEAL these subconscious wounds and pains… We will continue to emotionally wound the people who are closest to us… Meaning, those we love the most… This will all come up, especially in an intimate relationship… “THE PEOPLE WE GO DEEPEST WITH, ARE THE PEOPLE THAT SHOW US OUR DEEPEST SHADOWS…” If we do NOT heal these past, buried, forgotten emotions… We will hurt them, and sabatoge, again and again, our chances for love and a meaningful relationship. This is exactly why, we end up in the “same relationship” that feels like it keeps ending in the same way… It is NOT them… It is the PAIN within ourselves, that we HAVE to feel… And RELEASE, if we truly want to have a deeply fulfilling relationship. HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE THE SOLUTION: EMOTIONAL PROCESSING By learning to emotionally process these feelings built up within us… We unlock the stagnant energy that keeps us stuck in life. E-motion is “energy in motion”. In other words: Emotion = Energy When we don’t let that energy flow… It gets stuck, stagnant, and creates a stagnant energy in all aspects of our life. “AS WITHIN, SO WITHOUT. AS ABOVE, SO BELOW” – The Emerald Tablet of Hermes What that means is – Everything in life is but a reflection of our inner state. What we experience in life, is what we hold within. And if we want to change our life externally, that shift comes from FIRST shifting ourselves, and the energy (EMOTION) within us… By shifting our EMOTION, we shift our ENERGY… When we shift our ENERGY… our entire experience of LIFE transforms.
