ZABIHOLLAH HEIDARI IS A SMILING AND HARD WORKING FACE

Posted on December 13, 2017 by Afghanjournalist

Professor Zabihollah Heidari is one of the youngest professors in Kabul
University’s Journalism faculty, he considers that teaching and works with media
is too holy for him and he proud on his field.
His students say that professor haidiari is extremely polite, hardworking and
every time collaboration with his students. He read several titles for a lesson
for hours and spent hours with the Internet to get the latest information for
his students. He is a professor at Radio Television Department of, a journalism
faculty, his office has always been open for students to help them, discuss
their individual problems individually.
Report writing, teaching, writing stories and studying new articles about
journalism are the often his habits.

In the course of fifteen years of teaching experience at Kabul University, he
has written four books (radio production, TV production, online journalism, news
and also he publish more than 15 articles in afghan journals.

In the course of fifteen years of teaching experience at Kabul University, he
has written four books (radio production, TV production, online journalism, news
and also he published more than 15 articles in afghan journals.
Heidari, while teaching at Kabul University, also works as a text editor in a
local Afghan TV station.
Heydari also wrote poetry and has published two poetry collections so far.
Writing poetry and story is still the way which Heidari expresses his thoughts
and feelings through that. He was also well-educated when he was studying, and
for this reason, he was always praised by his professors and promoted.
When Heydari graduated from university, the difficult conditions happened in
Afghanistan. The Taliban limited the field of journalism to a large extent,
Heydari turned to work in outside of his field and experienced “problems,
poverty and how to find money for doing well live ” He described those
conditions as “a black period.”.
While Heidari was suffering from the problems he faced, one day the authorities
of the Journalism Faculty proposed him to be as an assistant professor in the
journalism faculty; Heydari accepted this offer. With this job, his life
changed. He said:”that year was sweet and alive for me “.
Heydari has had educational trips to different countries in the last decade.
When for the first time visited Malaysia, the difference between Malaysia’s
progress and the country’s tiredness was upsetting him. Heidari has always tried
to get educational materials and resources for the students of the faculty of
journalism from external sources.
The television studio is one of the good educational facilities for practical
work of students. Which is establish by heidari efforts. Heydari has worked hard
to encourage the Foundation of bayat to establish the TV studio for journalism
faculty. The Bayat Foundation also helped a student with this faculty. If
Heydari’s personal knowledge were not with the officials of the Bayat
Foundation, this studio would not be the established. Heydari is not only a
lecturer, he is also one of the well-known journalists and editors. He has been
working with the Ariana Television Broadcasting Corporation to implement what he

busy, and sometimes even forgets that he should go to the Ariana news studio at
four o’clock in the noon. This young journalist and writer want to get his place
in this world, not a model for him, nor does he like to “walk in the footsteps
of someone.”
Heydari, for journalistic reasons, especially for the news editing, succeeded in
receiving the first prize from Ariana TV, but he saw his great success as a
student and said he was very happy when his student be satisfied with him.

THE LESSON THAT GAVE US MORE A BOUT CHINESE CULTURE

Posted on December 13, 2017 by Afghanjournalist

It was two months ago when I entered China. All the things including Chinese
culture, customs and tradition seemed amazing for me. Although I had many
travels to American, European and Asian countries, none of them fascinated me
like China. It is very interesting to me that Chinese are very worthy of their
culture and empower in the economy. This feature distinguishes China from any
other country. When I was in Afghanistan, I have heard about Chinese culture
many more times and now I can obviously say that Chinese has a very nice culture
additionally I think the secret of China’s success is the unity decision-making
and the Chinese government’s clear support for economic reforms that are in line
with the objectives of free zones.

Many of my friends who had traveled to China before, told me about Chinese tasty
foods and now I feel that foods are really delicious.

Many people claimed that new Chinese generation grows up with modern thoughts,
and it is worthless to past but I do not think so. According to my less expert
of being here, Chinese believed on their culture and customs severely.

The thing which really attracted me in my new days of coming to China was adults
nice dance culture. Whenever I get out for shopping or something else, I see
that music is on and some are doing nice Chinese traditional dancing that
fascinates me liking them for minutes.

The subject I am writing about, stated in cometochina.com I am studying new
media. A ceremony will be organized in our new media management class each week
and we will share our new intelligence related to this subject. Last week we had
the cometochina.com website administrator as a guest. He shared us the essential
information about the mentioned website and it was really fantastic for me so I
have chosen it for writing my report about.

This website basically works on China’s culture so the most visitors of this
website are foreigners who want to have a travel to China and needs to some
necessary points about China. This website publishes all the information about
China. This website has created in 2016 that operates in three sections.

1_ Chinese cultural acquaintance

2_guest entertainment at home and Chinese cooking methods.

3_caltural experiences sharing

Firstly when the tourists come to China, they definitely need to acquaint in
Chinese culture. This website provides those more possibilities to get closer in
case of touring to historical, cultural locations; furthermore, it helps them to
know about some cultural phenomena such as clothing, martial arts like Kangoo
and some other cultural activities. It is worth mentioning to say that Kangoo
has a high level of partials around the world, particularly in Afghanistan.

In terms of food, this website provides two types of services for customers.

1_ they invite the tourists to the Chinese restaurant and familiarize them with
Chinese cuisine.

2_they invite them in Chinese houses and implement some active cooking programs
in order to teach them how to cook famous Chinese cuisine.

According to my views in the Chinese restaurant, foods are mostly healthy.
Compared to Afghan cuisine the consumption of fried and poached foods are low in
China since the Afghans prefer cuisine which is neither too spicy nor hot. one
of the most famous Chinese dishes around the world, which is a little popular
everywhere, chop suey contains chives, including red or white meat or
vegetables, which are cooked high on heat and are usually eaten with Nimro(
egg). Sometimes it is juicy and in other cases it is dry. If this food is
accompanied by a nodule, it will be renamed, Chow Mein. It rang me a bill to
state something about a special kind of Afghan food named Qabli palaw which is a
really delicious food. Qabli palaw is the most popular dish of Afghanistan. It
is steamed rice with chops of raisins and carrot. It is often served with lamb.
Other variants of palaw are also available in Afghanistan. People eat it with
meat, vegetables or beans.
Additionally this website provides cultural clothing services for customers.
Those who are interested in dressing up Chinese nice cultural and national
clothes will be carried in the equipped studio and after dressing up they will
go to many historical places for photographing or some more activates.
I really enjoyed a lot, watching the employers of this website wearing the nice
cultural clothes since my country (I mean Afghanistan) is a popular country in
case of having nice national clothes and I really love wearing national Afghan
clothes. This show reminded me all the types of my own country cultural
clothing.

students of Media and Communication school who were wearing the nice Chinese
cultural clothes

Furthermore, it was very exciting for me that the ladies cultural clothes of
Chinese and Afghans are mostly the same that points to a good condition of the
neighborhood. Afghan women Traditional clothing in Afghanistan is really unique
and nice. Due to its well handmade embroidery and shape. They are mostly made of
cotton with a combination of several colors. A flat pair of shoes called Pazar
is mostly used with these unique dresses.
It is a forced point that the mentioned website comtochina.com provides many
more services for approximately 3000 foreigners in the period of just one year.
So it shows a bold statistic which proves that foreigners are interested to know
about the culture, customs, and tradition of Chinese. It was just one point that
I have stated in my report and you know that nowadays people have many
considerable reasons for traveling to China.
After having this amazing show, all the pupils including me wore the nice
cultural Chinese clothes and have had some memorable photos which were a nice
experience for us. The administrator stated that he really got excited that most
of the foreigners are interested in martial art named kangfoo since they have
provided all the essential services for them. According to him, most of the
foreigners who travel to China are anxious to know about kangfoo and its rules.
So we have created a particular section service for them in cometochina.com
website. The next which was very exciting for me was Chinese traditional tea
which is really tasty; however, it was very difficult to know its providing
method.

Making Chinese tea was not only interesting but also difficult for foreigners

Honestly, within two months of the period of living in China, I haven’t ever
drink a tasty tea but having a traditional Chinese tea will be very delicious.
In fact, it reminds me afghan tasty tea. Drinking tea is a cardinal afghan
culture. Meeting everyone, you can see teacups. At restaurants, home, office and
any other places for meeting. Afghans are popular in drinking tea especially in
having saffron tea. I can surely say that if anyone tastes the saffron tea once
will get addicted drinking more and more. In Afghanistan, you can’t find the
family without drinking tea three to five times per day. Even day do not let
their guests without drinking a cup of tea, leaving their home except in some
exceptional conditions. All in all, hospitality is a great part of afghan’s
culture. Making Chinese tea was not only interesting but also difficult for me.
We have been divided into three parts including groups who were showing us how
to make Chinese tea. Each group were guiding 6 pupils. Even though it seemed
very difficult at first but when I started to make it for the second time, I got
better. I was the first one who could make Chinese tea firstly. According to my
classmates, it was very tasty. Right after all my classmates make it one by one.
By the way, it was a very memorable day for us. A very focusing point in this
website was the organization of it is an online platform that precisely provides
very valuable services for foreigners.

In fact, this website is a great achievement in case of Chinese culture. It is
worth mentioning to say that, Afghanistan has been the part of several mighty
and culturally rich empires, which left their legacy in the region. The Culture
of Afghanistan is, therefore, the result of rich and long cultural heritage left
in Afghanistan by Greeks, Persians, and Indians. Afghani threads were left in
the music, architecture, art, and poetry of Afghanistan. Due to constant battles
and wars, the cultural assets of Afghanistan have blemished in recent days.
Afghans are expert in embellishing their daily life articles with fine arts and
calligraphy. Though Afghanistan is luxuriant in the cultural landscape we do not
have any online platform to represent the cultural services regularly for
foreigners. I think having a regular online platform can help the tourists to
have an outreach plan and for touristic countries is an essential need
assessment.

During this two hours show, I had a lot of fans. I learned how to prepare the
traditional Chinese tea; besides, I knew that how well the people valued the
national customs and Chinese food.

CHINA FILMS PRODUCTION TREND IN AFGHANISTAN

Posted on November 21, 2017 by Afghanjournalist

The survey was accomplished on Tuesday, October 24 at the Kabul University,
faculty of Chinese language and literature.

The type of this research is field research with a questionnaire, the
questionnaire contained seven open and closed questions; in addition, in this
survey, both (teachers and students) have taken.

According to the research comedy, romantic and martial. movies have the most
partials.

They declared that a few Afghan channels are publishing the Chinese movies but
that is not efficient so those who are interested in Chinese movies especially
pupils have to either download or buy them; therefore, they compared current
Chinese movies position with ten years ago and found out that the release of
Chinese movies had dropped. The reason which they stated is that Afghanistan has
no common borders with China in terms of culture and a great reason for the
large-scale publication of Turkish and Indian films in this country is having
common borders with Afghanistan. It is worth mentioning to say that the
environment of cinema is not suitable in Afghanistan that is why most of them
preferred watching movies at home than going to the cinema. The next reason is
that having no Chinese show in the Afghan cinema. Even though they don’t have
easy assessment in Chinese movies, they really love Chinese movies and watch in
their free time (the average is 3 movies per week)

They stated that they prefer watching Chinese movies in their own language
without any translation since it will be effective on their Chinese language
fluency. According to the research comedy, romantic and martial movies have the
most partials. Approximately most of them known china as the best martial Movies
producer around the world. They also claimed that Chinese movies have no effect
on Afghan culture due to having no Chinese show Afghan TV channels.

To sum up, they suggest several ways to promote Chinese movies in Afghanistan.

The first ministry of China information and agriculture to make publishing
contraction with Afghan famous TV channels.

Second, having much more political cooperation with each other (Afghanistan and
China)

Finally having different educational Chinese languages programs for free. That
will be more effective for having a professional translator’s team.

They are an optimist that by putting these several ways into action, a good
relationship will be stated between Afghanistan and China and a bright future
will grow up in both countries.
