to undergo a lot of costly tests, the results of which led to the appointment of
an urgent operation to remove the atherosclerotic plaque from the carotid
artery, again, quite expensive and through friends, because the usual procedure
of waiting for such operations could take many months! The surgery was done by
the best specialists in Manila, but it did not help because the clogging was too
big and they said right away that it was just a temporary solution, because they
were only able to remove a life-threatening clot, but the main blood vessels
were already 50% blocked with cholesterol. In addition, during the surgery, his
mother fell into a coma, which lasted almost two weeks, and then she spent
several more months recovering. During this time, she lost more than 30 pounds,
lost almost all her hair due to complications, and also had severe immune
problems. Unfortunately, she never fully recovered; her blood pressure was only
150/90 after the operation and she eventually died a few months later. In the
conclusion of her death, the doctors stated that the cause was a heart attack,
which was caused by a huge contamination of the blood vessels with cholesterol.

This is what prompted me to research my blood pressure problems, during which I
realized that the drugs that are now being sold in pharmacies almost do not cure
hypertension, but only relieve symptoms for a short period of time and aggravate
the course of the disease. I have spent the last few years researching this
topic and it has paid off. One day I realized that I was on the verge of solving
my blood pressure problems!

My mother died because of high blood pressure!

Boy Abunda: "Alvin, what did you go through in the process of creating the

First small plaques (at age 20-25), then the cholesterol layer grows rapidly (at
age 25-40), as more and more particles stick to the sticky layer. As a result,
at age 40, your blood vessels are more than 50% blocked with cholesterol! In
response, our heart has no choice but to raise our blood pressure. From this
comes age-related pressure spikes - hypertension. But that's not the most
dangerous thing!

Much more dangerous is the fact that cholesterol literally clogs the smallest
blood vessels that exist in all tissues. Organs and tissues stop getting
necessary nutrients and oxygen. As a result of impaired blood supply,
pathological processes develop in internal organs. Against this background, a
person develops chronic diseases.

First the stomach became ill, then the spleen, and after a while the liver and
pancreas developed stenosis. Usually in such cases they say that a person's
health is undermined. Cholesterol most often triggers this process.

Everything in our body depends on the condition of blood vessels. If there is a
blockage in the legs - it causes varicose veins, constant swelling and
heaviness. If in the liver, you can get hepatitis and cirrhosis. And if the
blood vessels are blocked in the eye, then the person gradually loses his
vision. And all this is accompanied by pain in the joints and spine due to an
insufficient supply of nutrients.

In addition, blood clots can form in contaminated blood vessels, essentially a
clot of blood cells mixed with cholesterol. This clot also adheres to the walls
of the vessels, but its insidiousness is that at any moment it can break off and
go straight to the heart or brain! And this instantly leads to a heart attack or
stroke, which in turn most often leads to death.

Check yourself if you are over 30 and you are noticing these symptoms - your
blood vessels are contaminated almost to critical levels!
