HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5
business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business
days after your return is processed. Hempvana® will not be responsible for loss
or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of
payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges,
discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING ON A RETURN?
There are two options for returning products:
Option A: contact customer service and request a prepaid FedEx label. Simply
print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at any FedEx location.
A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund
upon printing this label.
Option B: return the products on your own via FedEx, USPS, or any other
traceable method and receive a full product refund. We encourage you to insure

* Click the link the Lost Your Password link
* Enter the email address your account is associated with. A link will be sent
