I got a call at 3 to say he was on his way and 20 minutes later he arrived and five minutes after that managed to unblock our sewerage drain which was a big relief. I used Dynorod to repair a kitchen sink drain, install two replacement taps in kitchen and bathroom and a washing machine drain hose. The young man from Eco- Aqua, who carried out the work, was excellent, completing the work quickly and efficiently and leaving the area clean and tidy. I had supplied the kitchen tap and it was sufficiently different from the original to make the installation difficult but he persisted and found a solution without any complaint. The Dynorod office contacts were friendly and helpful. Altho the appointments were, as usual these days, ‘all day appts’ they were happy to give an estimated time of arrival when I called first thing in the morning so I didn’t have to sit waiting.
