is called Te Pā Tauira and its the perfect home for you to enjoy student life to
the fullest within an exciting and supportive community.

Te Pā Tauira, is our 231-bed, furnished residential village, purpose-built for
Otago Polytechnic students in a prime location - Its literally on our Dunedin
campus. You’ll enjoy a short walk to class and still be just minutes away from
the city centre, libraries, gyms and sports grounds.
You’ll also meet lots of new people and become part of a great student
community.

10 Weeks (3 meals a day) or dinner only options available. GST included.

Initial fees: A one-off Administration Fee ($200) is payable when accepting your
offer at the Village, as well as a Residents’ Association Fee ($300) and a
Contingency Fee ($300, refundable on departure subject to you having paid all
other amounts under your residential agreement).

Dunedin’s student area. It’s an easy walk to the centre of town as well as to

Constructed with the environment firmly in mind with sustainable materials used
throughout, Te Pā Tauira was built in 2018. It includes a range of fully catered
single rooms, studios and apartments.

GREAT SUPPORT
Your safety is our top priority. There is always a manager on site, as well as
