I inquired on a 15 suburban through carfax and my first encounter was with Mike
the VIP appointment manager and he was very pleasant to speak to. He was
personable and made me feel comfortable to work with them. He sent me a credit
application to fill out and that's when a salesman named Pola Bebawy reached out
and was very diligent and professional on meeting my needs to get me into the
vehicle I wanted. I drove almost 4 hours to meet with them and had full
confidence in the dealership to complete my transaction when I arrived. I would
highly recommend them. I had a great experience and love my vehicle! I spoke to
many dealerships during the 4-6 month hunt of the perfect vehicle and Bill Kay
Chevrolet was one of the best, hands down.. Ask for Pola, he will get it done.
