    1. In an Internet browser, go to login.servicechannel.com.
    2. Enter your User ID and password.
    3. Click Login.
   
   
   Should you forget your login, click Forgot Password? located on the bottom.
   You will get an email with the password reset link.

 * Set Up Work Order Filters
   

   SET UP WORK ORDER FILTERS

    1. On the Work Orders page, you can filter by various criteria such as
       dates, categories, priorities, trades, statuses, and more.
    2. You can also exclude data, such as exclude maintenance work orders,
       invoiced calls, or internal/external providers.
    3. After your criteria is set, click Save Current Filter.
    4. Enter a name in the field, and then click Save Filter.
   
   
   Whenever you need to see these work orders, simply select your saved filter.
   No need to reselect the filters, just set it and forget it!

 * Approve or Reject an Invoice

    1. On the Invoices page, locate the desired invoice.
    2. Similar to Work Orders, you can filter by provider, location, trade,
       category, and more.
    3. For customers with MLI (multilevel invoicing), the "My Invoices" filter
       may be turned on by default.
    4. When you find the invoice, click Actions to approve, reject, or put on
       hold.
   
   
   Permissioned users can also update the GL Code for the invoices for
   accounting purposes.

   allow you to access work orders in the SC Provider mobile app.
   
   Click on the user with the "BusinessOwnerManagement" role, and then add
   "Technician" to your permissions.

    1. Login to ServiceChannel Provider Mobile using your User ID and password.
    2. Use Search to find the work order by tracking #, or scroll under the All
       or Assigned tabs on the top.
    3. On the work order, tap Check In..
    4. You'll see a clock with how long you are checked in.
    5. When you are finished, tap Check Out and then change the status of the
       work order as needed.
