Hi! I’m Pegah, the heart behind Pegah Counselling.

With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and over 5 years of experience,
I specialize in offering both online and in-person counselling services for
individuals, couples, and families.

My journey from business and industrial management to counselling in Canada
taught me the power of resilience and the importance of finding purpose in
helping others.

Whether you’re navigating emotional challenges or seeking personal growth, I’m
here to listen, care, and support you.

Driven by a passion for understanding human behavior and a deep commitment to
fostering personal development, my approach is centered on empathy, compassion,
and evidence-based practices. My experience has equipped me with the skills to
address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship
challenges, and life transitions.

I believe in the transformative power of counselling to unlock potential, heal
emotional wounds, and guide individuals toward a more fulfilling life. By
