experience design teams working in and around Minecraft. We are focused on
facilitating the success of creators through our open-source projects and being
a pillar of goodness in and outside of Minecraft.

Online Community Building

Calling on decades of experience, we provide consulting services to corporate
partners, educators, and small businesses in the video game and virtual
world-building industry. From conducting qualitative research, to data analysis,
to business advising, our first-hand experience in the industry has allowed us
to establish industry-standard best practices and train hundreds of clients on
those best practices to start, grow, and market their businesses.

Meaningful advice can only come from those who have put in the hours and done
the work themselves. Through years of creating virtual worlds and user-generated

with Major League Baseball to bring their stadiums to the Metaverse,
collaborating with educators to teach students climate science, or just
developing fun games for families to play together, our game design and
production process take into account all artistic and business goals from the
very beginning. Our production process begins with an in-depth consultation,
understanding the vision and objectives of our partners. Following this, we
engage in a collaborative ideation phase, where our team of experienced
designers, writers, programmers, and artists bring the envisioned game to life.
