WILD SWIMMING

Wild swimming surged in popularity during lockdown and looks set to continue to
grow. We want our rivers to be fit to swim in, but that isn’t always the case.

ecosystems and watch the wide range of nature they support.

PADDLE SPORTS

With canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding (SUP), rowing, and rafting,
there are plenty of options for veteran voyagers and nautical novices alike. You
can sit down, stand up, cruise on flat water and stay dry, or run rapids and get
wet. There’s something for everyone!
