So the current licence would have to be changed for development and does not currently draw from Shannon creek. see attached and below. The Nature Conservancy of Canada property (previously darkwoods) has a water licence (#C111953) of 120,000 gal/year for irrigation use and 500 gal/day for domestic use. souce Shannon Creek.
