WINE TOURS… IT’S WHAT WE DO!

Book your Finger Lakes Wine tour experience with us today. We offer tour
packages for up to 6 people from 4-8 hours, as well as custom time frames as
desired. Email ridewithpals@gmail.com (best way to contact), Facebook messenger,
or call 315-420-1750 today and we’ll craft an experience for you! Please note:
We are often on the road, so if you call we may not get back to you right away.
Multiple staff have access to our Facebook and email so that’s more efficient
for contact.

Update: February 18, 2022: We have begun with a busy 2022 season already. Some
wineries will still require masks until seated but it is on a venue by venue
basis. Please be sure to have a mask handy just in case. Currently Saturdays are
booking up 10 weeks out and Fridays are at about 6-7 weeks. We highly encourage
you to plan around those days and book a tour during the week. You will have a
much more relaxed experience off of the busy tourist days. Please reach out if
you have any questions before booking online, otherwise book away and we’ll see
you soon!


Please read:

Most tasting rooms are having their own set of procedures and regulations, and
many of these are unique to each venue. Many are limiting group sizes to 6 or
less (some limit to 4) and many will require reservations. This doesn’t affect
PALS as our limit is also 6 as our vehicles only have a capacity for 6 guests.
While we have accommodated large groups in the past with larger vehicles and/or
multiple vehicles, that practice will no longer be an option as we have found
that larger groups are just not our thing. We also no longer operate any
vehicles that can accommodate more than 6 guests and we are really not into
accommodating large groups for any reason. Please see FAQ page for more details.
While most wineries are not requiring reservations there are still some that do.
For most tours your driver will guide the day based on proximity to your
location of stay and information provided at booking. We cannot guarantee a spot
at any venue as we cannot control the availability at any given date or time. We
will be expected to meet the reserved time at each place you do have
reservations for as to not gum up the works at any of our friends tasting rooms.
We will work very hard to make this new way of wine touring better than ever. We
are excited to be out there helping our guests get the very best out of the
Finger Lakes Wine Region. We love all of our Finger Lakes tasting rooms and the

We offer gift cards in any denomination. You can purchase online or by phone.
Please let us know if you have any questions if you’re unsure of the amount that
will work for you.

OVERVIEW OF OUR SERVICE

Our tours are customized to each client, we don’t follow a set route and we will
work with each group to plan their day. You may plan a stop for lunch or a
picnic. We encourage you to bring whatever snacks or non-alcoholic drinks you
may want. We are a locally owned and operated Wine Tour and Car Service based
out of Penn Yan, NY since 2013.

Wine tours have become our primary focus as we have built a reputation in the
area as a top tour company. We pride ourselves on our relationships with all the
wineries and breweries. Our primary focus is offering private, custom wine and
beer tours in the Finger Lakes. We have worked to establish relationships with
most of the tasting rooms around the area so we can provide the best experience
possible. We spend time visiting each place with each one of our drivers so we
may speak to the experience you will enjoy as we take you on your personalized
tour. We pick up free of charge within 45 minutes of Penn Yan. This includes
addresses in Geneva, Watkins Glen, and Hammondsport, NY.

We also provide contract private transportation. If your company would like more
information on this service, please send us an email with the details of the
service needed.


NOTES:

While we welcome last minute transportation requests, we are not an on call
service. We require a minimum 24 hours advance notice and for planning purposes
we prefer 48 hours notice. Some tasting rooms now require reservations for any
size groups, for that reason we must have 48 hours notice for these groups so we
may schedule your visit. We rarely make exceptions for pick up locations out
side of the region. Please call for more information. We are based in Penn Yan,
distance to pick up will be measured from there.  We are not an on demand
service or on call service (taxi), all trips must be pre-booked.

PALS was Excellent! Really, this is the best way to see the Finger Lakes Wine
Country! We live in the Finger Lakes... area and were spending the day with good
friends and clients on a wine tour. Our tastes in wine vary, and the ability to
structure your own tour really fit the bill. We were able to see wineries on AND
off the wine trail. We were a chatty group and the times we spent at each
location differed, but somehow our driver Stefan always knew when to have the
car ready, and his communication with us in the days before the tour helped us
figure out the best schedule for our locations. The Wine Tour Survival Kits were
thoughtful and helpful and with Stephan's guidance, we were able to comfortably
see 8 great wineries and get a wonderful lunch to make an awesome day. If you're
not sure about hiring a car service, you should know that its a great way to
have a worry-free tour. Next time, we're hiring PALS again!read more

I recently hired PALS car service and wine tours to take myself and a couple of
girlfriends on a wine tour of Keuka... Lake. We had Melissa as our driver and
she was amazing. She was professional but so much fun to be around. We were so
impressed with the winery survival bags provided and the level of service
provided. We will definitely be using you all again next year! Thanks again!read

Just got back from our day in Seneca Lake for the annual Deck the Halls event.
Sharon was our driver, and was... absolutely incredible!! We started without a
plan, just some ideas, and she was able to make sure we maximized our experience
and hit as many places as we could while taking our time. The conversation and
driving was superb. We could not have asked for a better day trip/experience and

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day wine tour with Marty. Marty is very friendly,
punctual and has an exceptional wealth... of knowledge of the Finger Lake
region, especially with the wineries and the local wine makers. He understood
our taste in wines and took us to amazing wineries, including boutique wineries
and newer wineries that we would not have known about otherwise. Marty also took
us to a cheese tasting which we really enjoyed and was also very knowledgeable
about the restaurants in the region. This proved very helpful and added to our
overall enjoyment. We highly recommend Marty and will ask for him on our next
