AFTER MANY SUCCESSFUL YEARS OF BUSINESS AS AGAPE IN HOME CARE, WE NOW BRING THE
SAME LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE TO SERVE AND CARE WITHIN AN ADULT FAMILY HOME SETTING.

Agape is uplifting the industry to a new level of service with our purpose-built
homes designed with your loved ones in mind. Every room will have its own
private bathroom to maximize convenience, privacy and dignity. We designed our
homes with room enough for all the care providers to live onsite ensuring that
there is always plenty of care when and where you need it.

Currently we are planning to only accept private pay clients due to high real
estate expenses. However, we are currently seeking opportunities to serve those
who rely on DSHS or Medicaid. To enable this, we’ll have to find a way to raise
funds enough to own the real estate. We are actively working with foundations,
the city and the private sector to raise the money to accomplish this task and
we’d covet your input whether you have ideas or discretionary capital to
contribute. Ideally, we can raise the funds as grants or donations, but if it
has to be a loan, we’re open to options. In addition, we have a heart for
younger adults living with lifelong disabilities who require a group home
setting to function. Most of these adults rely on the state for their living
expenses. After looking into reimbursement rates, we’ve determined that the only
way to sustain our business with this model is to own the property. We would be
happy to turn at least one of our three homes into a home that supports
dependents of the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Please

funds are allocated.

AGAPE ADULT FAMILY HOMES IS THE SECOND IN A SERIES OF SOCIAL IMPACT COMPANIES
WE’RE LAUNCHING.

We’ve already started our third venture by hiring staff in Africa.

They are in a period of training and when ready, they will provide call center
services to companies in the US. Those services will expand to serve other
countries as well as to hire staff around the world. Eventually, one of those
countries will be home to our first overseas retirement community which will
allow US citizens pressured by the high cost of living and inflation to retire
without financial worry while providing opportunities to those in need within
another country. This community development will bring our Caregiving services
full circle by allowing us to train Caregivers on their own soil in preparation
for a temporary work visa in the US. By doing so we hope to be part of a needed
healthy movement of migration to encourage citizens of other countries to work
and live in the US for several years and then return to their home country to
help make it better for future generations.




CONCEPT

Unlike most Adult Family Homes ours have the key features of being purpose built
from ground up with upper floors with enough room for our entire staff.

Most Adult Family Homes are best attempt remodels of an existing Single Family
Home. While many provide great care, if you want the absolute best, then you’ll
want to tour our homes. Not only are our homes built to attract you and your
loved ones to thrive in a beautiful full-service setting, but they are also
designed to attract the very best Caregivers in our region and even from other
regions as word spreads. Other homes struggle mightily to attract and retain
Caregivers but we have a model of salaried, fulltime employment combined with
housing and the use of our car, that will retain the top talent to serve your
family with the highest level of care and love.


SERVICES

Our homes will be staffed according to the current needs of our residents which
means at minimum there will be one Caregiver for every three residents during
the day and one awake Caregiver for every six residents at night. Because the
staff live upstairs, if additional help was needed during the night, many hands
will be available in an instant.
