companies can already start experimenting with the impact this has on the
customer experience. All the insights that this provides are valuable input in
case a company really takes the step to the metaverse.

But also outside the metaverse, using a digital human for customer service has
some clear advantages and the potential use cases are countless. Examples are
(mental) healthcare, hospitality, aviation (digital humans helping at the
airport), banking and insurance. Celebrities are showing an interest a digital
version of themselves.
