We couldn’t find enough documentation to work with some of the things that we need, for example: We are working with a lot of international clients, so we need to have multiple TOU versions for different languages. How can we create different templates for different languages? I read about API variables but these don't change the text of the buttons (Agree and Disagree) or the Agreement Statement Texts. Also the most annoying thing is the text saying "Additionally, I certify I have read and agree to the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure.", how can we translate this in different languages? Is this identification procedure no longer available? On the other hand, when I used the “DocuSign ID Verification for EU Advanced with Liveness” method of Identity Verification this time, I was able to proceed to the electronic signature without speaking with the verification officer via webcam, simply by taking a picture of my passport and a video of my face. I am sending one envelope with multiple documents to a single person we think is the application owner. Each document is a separate application. I have a template made and am using checkboxes that say I am the app owner or I am not the app owner and have a condition set on those fields so that if they say they are not the app owner it skips the signature in order to finish the envelope. I am running into issues now when I am trying to only download the documents that have been signed. It appears that once the envelope is finished every document in the envelope is being marked as signed or complete. Is there any options to be able to identify which individual documents have been signed as opposed to the entire envelope? Or is there a better way to make the template? Ultimately my goal is let my users tell me if they are or aren’t the app owner for each application without having to send them in separate envelopes.
