General – How do I find my booklist?
   
 * To access your booklist, follow these steps:
   

     
 1.  Visit your school’s dedicated URL, which is mentioned on your school
     booklist.
     
     
 2.  This URL will direct you to your school’s landing page, where you can
     create a new account.
     
     
 3.  After creating your account, register your child’s details, including their
     name (no symbols allowed), school name, education level [must be exactly as
     per school booklist], and mother tongue based on the year 2024.
     
     
 4.  You can edit your child’s details for future years or if you change
     schools.
     
     
 5.  Go to the “Purchase Textbook” section in the website’s menu.
     
     
 6.  Select your registered child from the dropdown list and click continue.
     
     
 7.  Once the webpage loads, you can see clickable buttons for Textbooks,
     Stationery, and Optional, specific to your registered educational level.
     
     
 8.  Choose the correct textbooks and stationery items for the student for the
     year 2024.
     
     
 9.  Note that there’s a recommended quantity for each item in the Textbooks &
     Stationery section, and you can adjust the quantity when adding items to
     your cart.
     
     
 10. Check your cart items before proceeding to checkout.
     
     
 11. Find your school bookshop’s operating hours and contact information under
     the “Bookshop” tab on this site.
     
     
 12. Click on the Casco Logo icon on the left column to access important notices
     regarding your school’s bookshop operation.
     

Q2: What should I do if my screen shows “Products not shown”?

If your screen displays “Products not shown,” please double-check that the
Education Level tagged to the account matches your school booklist precisely.

To view your booklist, it is very important that you choose the Education Level
exactly as per your school booklist when adding Child Data. Click on “View
Important Notices” button on the Home Page to view the selection.

Q4: What if I’m unsure which dropdown for Education Level to select?

If you’re unsure which dropdown to select, refer to the “Important Notices” on
your school’s dedicated URL homepage. For example, if your school’s URL is
“chs.cascoedusupply.com.sg,” you can find this information there.

To view your booklist, it is very important that you choose the Education Level
exactly as per your school booklist when adding Child Data. If the Education
Level does not match the school selected, the booklist will not show.

Q6: My booklist states Year 2. How can I access it?
   
 * Follow these steps:
   

    
 1. Go to “Your Account” on the website.
    
    
 2. Under “My Children,” select “Add Child” and then choose “Add New Child
    Data.”
    
    
 3. Enter your child’s Name, Mother Tongue, and School details.
    
    
 4. In the “Education Level” field, select “Year 2” from the dropdown menu.
    
    
 5. Click “Add Child Data” to add this information to your account.
    
    
 6. Next, go to the “Booklist” tab.
    
    
 7. Choose your child, and you’ll find the Year 2 booklist under Textbooks,
    Stationery, and Optional (if available).
    

Q8: Why can’t I see Mother Tongue books?

To view Mother Tongue books, ensure that you’ve selected the correct Mother
Tongue under “Your Child’s Data.” For example, choosing “Chinese” will display
only Chinese books from your booklist.
