The most recent change to housing law 'The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation)
Act came into effect in 2018 and sets out that a property must be free of mould
and damp.



We advise on all aspects of disrepair including:

 * Defective guttering (includes downpipes, gutters overflowing, vegetation

 * Problems with exterior brickwork (includes pointing, DPC and water ingress)
